Best Western Fort Wayne I-69 North

I was indecisive regarding needing to stay an extra night. The staff were very flexible. Thank you. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Large clean room. Front desk is always busy when we are waiting to check in. Lots of kids in the hotel this time so the pool was popular. We didn't get in this time but enjoyed it during our last stay here. Good breakfast.

Was relocated to this property from another hotel. We checked in around 4am and got to our room at 430am. We had 2 adults 2 children and 2 service dogs. The next morning around 7-730am the General Manager Kristy approached my husband and stated we would be charged a 250 pet fee because our dogs were not service animals. I went to the front desk myself and she made a scene in front of all the other guests that were eating breakfast. She accused me of lying and asked for documentation. Even though I have documentation, I kindly informed here that by federal law she is not allowed to ask for proof. I pulled up the ADA website to show her and she was not interested in seeing it. She asked me what my disability was. I told her I was not comfortable telling her nor did I have to by law tell her. She told me that she would be enforcing the pet fee then or I could leave. My family had nowhere else to go so I pulled up the information she requested and showed her. That wasn't good enough. She needed to know why I had 2 dogs and what the disability was. AGAIN, all this in front of other guests. It wasn't until I asked for corporates number and stated I would file a lawsuit that she backed off. No apology just stated well I ask for documentation because in the past others have lied to get out of the pet fee. She then proceeded to ask me, do they bark, do they have puppy pads, they can't be left in the room alone etc. We checked out a day early and I am not even getting a refund.

Looked like some updates have been done. Room was clean, good temperature and the heater had a setting so the fan stayed on all night. Quiet room. Great breakfast. Pool was clean.

I was surprised by how many staff they actually had available and was impressed with the free breakfast!! Very clean hotel!

Clean, enough light, great breakfast, and comfortable stay. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Will stay again next time.

I stayed here because my son was a patient at nearby Dupont Hospital, and the weather was too bad for me to drive home. There were families with kids enjoying the pool, but the noise wasn't too bad. I slept peacefully, and woke up later than I intended.

After a ton of time on the phone to get the booking accurate prior to booking, upon arrival they had the date wrong. They didn’t have anymore of the large room king suites available even though I already paid extra for it. The staff said they’d get it figured out.. however we ended up stuck in a double queen room and didn’t even get any money refunded for the price difference. The rooms and facility was nice and clean. But they couldn’t keep up with towels in the pool. We had to continuously ask the front desk for towels in the pool and even then, they didn’t bring more in. We ended up going and getting the towels out of our room for the pool. We asked for extra pillows but were told there wasn’t any. It’s was a nice facility, just not well prepared. The breakfast was great, again after asking several times for more biscuits and mix for the waffle maker. But they did have a nice selection, once we finally got some brought out.

Recently renovated. Clean. Staff was very accommodating for our large group of family members includibg many small children. Pool was nice. Only negatives are no exhaust fans in bathrooms, no bacon at breakfast and snacjs are only available from vending machines and VERY expensive! Will definitely stay here again.
