The property itself was nice. We arrived into Ft. Myers late in the evening and checked in around 9:00 p.m.. After showering we pulled back the sheets to find what looked like makeup (red lipstick type) in several places on the top and bottom sheet. We called and received new bedding but the issue was a bit overwhelming after traveling all day and wanted to rely on a clean room to rest and couldn't do that.

Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool area was very relaxing. Continental breakfast provided, but not stocked well the couple of times i came down for breakfast.

Very professional staff. Awesome location. The hotel was a little dated and in need of renovations. I.e.: Ceiling discoloration, door frames in need of painting, and tv in need of replacement!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and so very helpful!!! Perfect group of people.
If not for them, I would have left.
1. The beds were bowed so badly and obviously need replaced.
2. The room had an HVAC unit that constantly rattled very badly and could not keep a good cool temperature.
3. This hotel is right next door to 2 restaurants with outdoor seating and they played their music so loudly until midnight, that I could not hear the TV in my own room!
Will probably not stay there again.

The building had a stale smell as did the room but I sprayed my lysol and freshened it up with no other problems.

The "fitness center" was filthy. The equipment needs to be cleaned and/or replaced.

Had to kill a few roaches and toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Had to check out after the first night. Front desk staff was very apologetic and nice.
