這是我在攜程網訂酒店最差的一次體驗。在Fort Lauderdale住一晚，第二天上郵輪。當晚完全沒有休息好，半夜一點多被敲門聲驚醒，之後安靜了，以為週末有人可能玩嗨了敲錯了門。半小時後又被排山倒海的敲門聲嚇到，感覺酒店着火了，跳起來一邊開門一邊想着要帶些什麼逃生… 開門見一男一女自稱是酒店保安，要查看我們的護照，此時左右隔壁和對門的住客都開門探頭。在登記checkin是我們的護照已給櫃枱看過且做了copy，為何半夜三更還要重複查？我們説明情況，那男的打對講與酒店內部講了一會兒，然後就説沒事了，我問你們在搞什麼？他説是系統問題與他無關，一句sorry也沒有走人。被嚇得不輕睡意全無，下樓到櫃枱問個究竟，原來有位同名同姓的人也這天入住，即便如此中間名不同，訂單號也不同呀，她在手機上拿到開門密碼，幸好我們的門是反鎖的，她又是晚上到；白頭我們外出她就可以進來了。酒店如此烏龍，半夜如此騷擾一句道歉的話也沒有。這家酒店此生不會再光顧！

除了價格貴，停車費要額外付款33，而且衹有代客泊車，不可以自己停放，每次要給小費外，感覺也不是很方便，其它都很好

Staff was very helpful, and rooms were clean and updated. Valet was quick and easy, and the bikes were a nice little bonus to ride around the area.

From the moment you arrive at this hotel you feel welcomed and informed from the staff at check in.
Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable.
We ate in the dinning room for breakfast and dinner two nights in a row. Although there are restaurants all around we chose to stay in house. We found the food delicious and staff so friendly that we wanted to come back.
We have stayed at a lot of hotels before traveling to Europe and cruising. We will now only come back here. Why would you not want to start your travel in a positive way.
We highly recommend this hotel!

Super friendly staff throughout. Great breakfast, and the bar is nicely set up to catch a game. It's downtown so expect street noise at night, but it wasn't enough to keep me up. A nice spot for a pre-cruise stay if you don't care for the beach or airport.

The property from the outside looks very nice. As soon as we walked in the people at the guest service desk were extremely kind! The hotel is beautiful and modern inside. Our rooms were very nice and super clean! We will definitely stay here again

Friendly staff and convenient location. The rooms were simple and clean. As a business traveler, I wish there was a market available on site for refreshments and basic needs, the closest convenience store was about a 15 minute walk away.
