Appalling Service and Absolutely Repulsive!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I encountered at this god awful hotel/motel
Upon arriving, it became evident that the provided accommodations did not align with the favorable reviews we had seen. Dishearteningly, what was advertised as a hotel appeared more like a motel.
We promptly decided not to stay and sought assistance from the individual at the front desk, who assured us that our reservation would be canceled.
Regrettably, this situation took an alarming turn when we discovered that misinformation had been relayed to *******, falsely indicating that we had checked in. Such deceptive practices are both unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I feel compelled to dispute the charges associated with my reservation through my credit card provider, and report this god awful place.
The establishment has an unpleasant odor, and the service quality is subpar.

It was a convenient stay, close to the beach and restaurants. Obviously the area and building is old, but they did well renovating it to make it a nice stay. I would stay again

The floor was very slippery in the room due to high humidity. The other weird safety issue was the hair dryer plugged in right next to the shower. This easily could become a hazard.

The room was run down, and smelt like mold and smoke. Front desk refused to offer me another room. I ended up leaving and found another hotel. Staff did not seem to care.

What I did like was the fact that the room did not reek of cigarette smoke, like most hotels in about the same price range. What I did not like was that you have to pay $12 for parking per night. I was not prepared to hear that, I don't think in all my travels and hotel stays I have ever been asked to pay for parking. The hotel is very dated and needs upgrades. The walkways need cleaning and there is cat feces on the grounds. The room was adequate for a two night stay.

The lady at the front desk did an amazing job . Just wish I caught her name. She deserves all the recognition she can get! Extremely professional and organized. A1 job young lady!

Overall great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was on and off from time to time, but no big deal since I had a hotspot. Easy walk to beach and great restaurants by the beach. Plus McDonald's, Pizza place, Dunkin donuts, grocery store and CVS across the street. Room was clean and comfortable.
