They have an 11pm noise curfew but the bar is open past that and 10 feet from the rooms
Not anything close to being a resort
If you want to sleep don’t stay here

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient and lots of good dining around. Short walk to NY Deli for a great breakfast or lunch. Hotel is a little worn, but excellent water pressure and shower. Can get a little noisy at night-get a room as far away as you can from the office area. No coffee in the room so get up early and head for the Deli!

Staff was great… we had a problem with the water getting warm, but the staff offered us another room… it’s nothing nice but if you’re in a pinch…. It’s a solid place to stay.

This property was very terrible. Check in we had to stand outside as if we were purchasing a ticket at a booth. ROACHES!!

This place needs some tender, loving care. Very dirty in and out. Needs new furniture, especially materes. Smells like mildew. I would say everything is with in walking distance.

We were very happy with pur 2 day stay. The family running the front desk were helpful and polite. Our room was a good size and provided what we needed. The pool looked well maintained. We were able to walk a few blocks to find great restaurants as well as a grocery store. There are people in golf carts available on a donation basis to cruise you around the area as well.

As most Ft Lauderdale area lodging is very old. This was maintained. Got locked out of safe and maintenance was there fast. Sink drained very slow maintenance fix quickly

It is very close to the beach. The sector is very quiet. The property is acceptable but not good as it needs maintenance. The bathroom requires more cleaning. We arrived late at night and had nowhere to buy bottled water or a toothbrush. We would not stay again

Great service. Allowed early check in. Room was clean but a little outdated. Right across street from beach. Near all amenities.
