Wonderful stay. Walked everywhere. Didn’t use the car. And the N ew River Tour boat dock right across the street.

We ended up changing rooms three times. First because the you could feel all the springs in the bed, the second cause it was right above the bar and then moved to a different floor. Nice staff and lots of restaurants around. Probably wouldn’t stay again as the hotel is pretty old and is in need of a good update.

We stayed at Riverside before our cruise with our family and absolutely loved it! It's in a great location with tons of dining options and shopping nearby. We loved the pool, food and felt very safe. We will definitely return.

I guess I was a little disappointed when we arrived after check-in time and our rooms were not ready. The couple we travelled with ended up being on another floor and it was not as convenient. The room was fine when we did get one. I saw many people sitting in the lobby waiting and some had a really long wait. It made me query a shortage of staff to handle the type of room turnover that exists.

We loved the setting. We ate a couple times at the Boathouse and enjoyed watching the boats pass by. Though an old hotel, it has been well kept up.

Location was excellent both for a bit of shopping and the canal riverwalk, historic site and water taxi.

The Hotel is extremely expensive certainly not worth the money we paid $650.00 can for 1 short night as the flight was delayed and we were 4 hrs late arriving. We thought it was very outdated, the showers were dirty and you had to get out of bed to turn the bedside lamp off. Not convenient at all. We were recommended the hotel but were very disappointed.

This hotel located in the most convenient location in downtown Fort Lauderdale to explore the city. The hotel is nice but kind of of old.
