Pretty basic room, large and decent kitchenette if needed. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Did not end up staying due to roaches and rooms not being cleaned properly from prior visitors ie dirty linens bugs stained towels
Tried another room and it was worse
Mgmt needs to get ahold of sanitation standards and practices

The staff is friendly and we were able to check in early. Our room cleanliness was just okay. Doors have dirty fingerprints, area around the inside of tub could be cleaned better. Carpeting in the hallways and stairwells definitely need a good cleaning.

There was music from outside and we could hear it too much. Also, the bathroom sink drain doesn’t drain very well.

The hotel worked for our one night overnight stay but the bed was sooooo uncomfortable. The rooms need some updating. It just felt old and dingy.

Air conditioning didn’t work in room. It was fixed but then broke in middle of night. Not good. Got hot.

Very clean and fast check in. I do think that there should be somewhere when booking through ******* it’s implemented or person is made aware of the $100 deposit is additional and is charged at the time of check in. Other than that everything was great!

Beds were terribly uncomfortable and there were repeated noises all night from within the building.
