HOTEL A CONSEILLER : Ambiance cosy; lit king size, tranquillité; bon accueil; parking sécurisé la nuit; très bon petit déjeuner aux produits frais et de qualité (Le pain aux fruits et l'omelette sont excellents). Une bonne adresse; j'y retournerai avec plaisir!

Helaas was er geen engelssprekend ontvangst. Ik had het hotel hier wel mede op uitgezocht. Bedden waren prima, badkamer was schoon. Erg weinig opbergruimte voor kleding.
Ontbijt was teleurstellend. Een uur voor het einde was bijna alles al op (incl bestek). Wat er was, was wel lekker.

Prima hotel voor de doorreis, rustig gelegen. Betaalbaar met gratis ontbijt. Aangenaam restaurant aan de zijkant. In orde zo!

We were really surprised with the room. We had a family room and it was massive, really nice, bathroom was lovely and big with shower and bath. Sofa bed was not too comfortable but the beds were great. Hotel was clean, lift was fast. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly. Free parking.

Presentation is good, staff are friendly and efficient. BUT the food is poor. There were three of us so we each chose different items; The fish was okay but the batter was oily, the entrecote was thin and of poor quality, whilst the burger was reported as excellent.Chips were satisfactory. At 45 Euros I suppose as a fast food is reasonable but I will not be going again.

We stayed by chance at this north of Paris Kyriad. It was recently refurbished and it’s certainly much more roomy and pleasant than many Kyriad hotels. We dined in the excellent restaurant next door, but I’m not sure if the ownership is the same. Breakfast in the hotel was poor, even by Kyriad standards. Most concerning is an obvious lack of staff training for receptionists. I speak French, but neither the evening or morning receptionist spoke any English, which is poor for the hospitality industry. The morning receptionist presented no smile and exuded the attitude of ‘why are you here?’. Such a pity.

The bed was comfortable and car parking was available but this is where the positives stop. The room was rather cold at night (late December) yet you never feel the heating is on. The temp control in the room is set to "central " so you cannot change any settings from the room. The bathroom is very poor. Toilet has terrible limescale stains, missing tiles, poor shower head and fungus in shower tray seal, and it all smells as bad as it looks. I believe the exhaust fan is not working too. Will not use this place again
