I had booked this hotel specifically because I knew they have a fantastic hot tub so I was very disappointed to find out it is closed. I wish that had been disclosed when I booked.

Hotel was easy to find. Close to the river for a walk, and a 4 min straight shot drive to our destination, the ******. The room was big, The bed was soft, The staff was friendly, And everything was cleaned well. Would stay again.

i arrived at 9p.m . with an ******* Reservation afterdriving for 2hours to be told there are no rooms available and staff would only tell me i had to call ******* and rejected my request for a conference call with *******. piss pour reception and even lesser service from staff behind front desk. I am in no hurry to return. Yes i did resolve my accomdation issue no thanks to Stoney Creek's staff. if this an example of service level my experience not consistent with property reviews.

The property is not well kept. The hallways were dirty with food smashed in the carpet. The room keys do not work leading to many trips to the front desk. The front desk staff was very unprofessional! The hot tub does not work and they do not state that anywhere when booking not even their own website. Spend your money elsewhere or you will be disappointed.

Really enjoyed the pool but was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. The guy working the bar was funny, nice, quick to help and to answer questions about different wines they had. Overall great experience but would've been perfect if the hot tub was working.
