My wife and I returned to Rudding Park to celebrate her birthday. We booked a Spa room, a meal at 52 which has only recently opened, use of the Spa facilities, and a meal at the Clocktower Restaurant. From the moment we arrived we received excellent and friendly service, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The meal at 52 was a very special experience and I cannot recommend it enough. The meals in the Hotel were all excellent, the room was very comfortable, and we thoroughly chilled in the Spa, coming home after two days very relaxed and happy. We will be back a soon as we can.

Visited Rudding Park for afternoon tea earlier this year for Mother’s Day. Had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to our waitress Chris who made our time extra special. Couldn’t recommend the food or the service enough! Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent hotel with great spa facilities. The room food and service were all second to none and we will certainly be returning. The grounds were in top class condition and we loved the walk around the Kitchen Garden.. We were lucky to see so many of the flora at their best.

Lovely break. This was my third visit and it won’t be the last. I chose one of the spa breaks and treated myself to 4 lovely nights. Time in the spa and a treatment was a highlight as before although the best thing was booking a meal in fifty two, the new restaurant experience, I loved it. The staff are all welcoming and as ever the room was lovely, the Molton Brown toiletries are a treat and I loved the champagne in the room, thank you very much.

My wife and I attended for afternoon tea which was a gift from our daughter and her finance. It was a first rate experience made all the better by the excellent service by Cris and Julius who couldn't have done more for us. The food was lovely, ambience and surroundings excellent - a most enjoyable visit which I would strongly recommend.

From the moment we walked through the doors at Rudding Park we were met with such friendly and courteous staff. Our follifoot room was just lovely and all the little extras were very much appreciated.. The ladybird massager was just soooo cute! We ate at the clocktower and Horto restaurant's during our stay and each had very well prepared and presented food of an exceptional quality. Granola at breakfast best I've ever had 😊 The waiting staff and bar staff were attentive but unobtrusive and I commend them and the hotel on their smartness and care for their customers as nothing seemed to be too much trouble from breakfast to dinner. I can honestly say we wanted for nothing and I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly, we ourselves can't wait to return and its been such a lovely birthday treat for me, thank you to all.

This is without a doubt the best caravan park I have been on talk about location location.. I have been on many caravan parks and none like this!.. I honestly can’t get over a lady called Hannah she really is the best always there to help. We had a catastrophe, my electric went off and I was there alone with my daughter and didn’t have a clue what to do.. Hannah sent up the Calvary to help me and help me they did! They made a big problem for me a small problem for them. I loved everything about this park from the facilities to the swimming pool.. to the on site cafe, pub and on site shop.. but my favorite by far was Hannah she really is worth her weight in gold.. I would very happily stay there indefinitely.. I also won’t forget paulo and mic I can’t thank you all enough you made our stay there so very special and I made life long memories.. kindest regards Tracey and Josephine

Amazing customer service throughout! I explained before we came that my Mum has terminal cancer and accessibility issues and they couldn’t do enough for us , from the minute we walked in they took our bags and parked my car and showed us round the hotel and spa and made it easy for Mum to know where she was going . We were placed in the nearest room to the reception as promised and the room was sparkling clean and very spacious. The roof top spa was fab and once again very clean with excellent facilities, the lady in the spa brought our drinks to us wherever we sat so Mum didn’t have to walk far . We had afternoon tea later and drinks in the bar and again the service from all staff was second to non, it’s a breath of fresh air to see well trained, polite staff . The food was excellent too! Special thanks to Mya I think she was called on reception (I think she was quite new) she was excellent from check in to check out and very helpful, as were all the staff , a credit to your team! We will definitely be back thank you for a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! You made my Mum very happy!
