Decent and relaxing family resort with execellent food and very friendly staff. A lot of parking space, availability of fitness, swimming pool, sauna. Good animation and relax rooms. Good for kids. Very close to ski lift, less than 10 min walk. Needs a bit of renovation but that is not relevant compared with other advantages.

We had the best experience, amazing prices, clean, kind and caring employees. The spa is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good and so was the dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel. The swimming pool is quite crowded during the afternoon but it is still enjoyable

The food was sloppy and wasn’t freshly prepared, also slow service. The hotel rooms were unclean and unsanitary, cleaners barely cleaned the room. The hotel was too loud and people where constantly trying to invade privacy. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel and the room. Staff all helpful and friendly. We had the half board option and the food was good. Great place to start some hikes from. Lots of children about so if you have a problem with noise at mealtimes this might not be your best choice.

La struttura è datata e con molte rampe di scale, per cui scomoda se si ha un passeggino. Durante la cena ho avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare piatti adatti ai gusti dei bambini, la scelta è poca e non vengono ammesse variazioni. Da migliorare sicuramente i dolci. Il servizio di animazione è buono, ma credo sarebbe ancora più apprezzato se fosse attivo anche durante la cena, cosicché i bambini possano giocare lasciando tranquilli i genitori a tavola per un po’. Ho apprezzato la spa e il servizio massaggi.

Il complesso è formato da più strutture collegate tra loro da dei sottopassaggi, molto comodi se si becca clima avverso, noi abbiamo optato per la struttura principale, dove c'era la reception e la sala ristorazione. Per essere un tre stelle i servizi non mancano: dal miniclub con animatori x bambini alla piscina, piccola palestra e sala massaggi, oltre ad altre sale ricreative; la stanza aveva tutti i classici confort ed era abbastanza pulita ed ordinata. Il ristorante offre buone proposte, si mangia abbastanza bene, anche se una sera il sale è un pò "scappato" di mano nelle varie portate; il format prevede il buffet di contorni, scelta tra 3 primi e 3 secondi, un dolce comandato ed acqua liscia inclusa. Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto per il cliente. I prezzi sono iln linea a ciò che offre il territorio. Magari un ringiovanimento di alcune parti della struttura potrebbe esser utile, nel complesso comunque una buona esperienza, consigliato soprattutto per le famiglie.

Vacanza in famiglia e in gruppo di amici. Veniamo al Nevada per in secondo anno consecutivo Quest anno abbiamo soggiornato in una campanula family room , troppo piccola e non adatta a una famiglia. Inoltre la stessa era buia e guardare i vestiti negli armadi quasi inpossibile . Per il resto il cibo eccellente come sempre, Centro benessere top con Sonia che fa dei massaggi strepitosi e ottima pedicure.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la terza volta in questo family hotel veramente accogliente. I prezzi sono accessibili e la camera sa noi scelta veramente confortevole. La cucina è ottima veramente. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e mio figlio di 3 anni. Il baby club, l'animazione e vicinanza dalle piste rendono la struttura ideale per le famiglie. Ottimo il rapporto fra i servizi offerti e il prezzo.
