The hotel is comfortable, have a golf cart to bring guest from one location to another. The hot springs are nice . It’s good to have a cup of black or ginger tea after the bathing.

The hotel is in a great location for those who want to leave the city and relax in the nature. The house we rented was good and the hotel’s staff very helpful. Although they didn’t speak English at the front desk, they gave us a wechat contact that we could use at any time to communicate. With our arrival we received a small gift for the children and everyday a fruit plate at our house. The swimming pool was really good for children and specially for the youngest. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people with families and I will definitely return here with mine. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness.

酒店環境好，青山綠水，氤氲繚繞。房間簡約設計風格，兩房的公寓在假期也不貴，性價比高。客服管家小嘉嘉殷勤周到，清明假期剛好遇上雷暴雨，不但主動幫安排車輛接送，且延長退房時間，服務態度不錯👍🏻温泉泡池選擇較多，園區配套設施齊全，泉水泡完皮膚滑溜溜的😀有空值得再來度假✅

環境好啊，公寓的兩房週末也不貴
而且服務態度不錯
適合親子
天氣好的話，全是草坪，遊樂園，卡丁車農場可以玩
適合自駕遊
別墅，公寓跟温泉不近，不過電瓶車在樓下就有在等着，服務還是不錯的
因為上午沒有開温泉，人少的時候還可以第二天開個證明下午開池再泡
兒子很喜歡，我們期望不高，温泉好，住宿乾淨，服務好，足夠
有空還是值得再來

性價比很高，老牌的温泉度假村。公寓和酒店大堂有電瓶車接送，感謝前台美女嘉嘉送了小朋友禮品，公寓其實是1張雙人床和1張單人床，寶寶大了可以單獨睡一張小床。

自然環境是真的不錯，但設施又舊又爛，温泉有很多池沒水，酒店衞生比較差，早餐和晚餐衞生很差，食品品種很少，由於客人少，一般早餐自助餐都會改為圍餐套餐，杯碗都有一層油，感覺跟碧桂園的形象檔次不配合。或者碧桂園集團現在不行，所以連服務管理都不行了吧！

酒店整體環境不錯，園林設計的很好，有温泉、綠道、人工湖之類的，温泉也比較舒適，前台小姐姐的服務特別好，很熱情❤️

房間很乾凈舒適，房間旁邊不遠就是餐廳，樓下就是温泉區和小童遊樂場，下午兩點踩着温泉區開門的點進入，很少人，沒有節假日那種擁擠感，幾乎每個泉都能泡一遍，這是體驗感極佳的地方。泡完温泉繼續帶孩子去小童遊樂場放電，孩子玩的不亦樂乎。第二天酒店的早餐也很豐盛，還可以到酒店旁邊的公園和小鎮逛逛，天朗氣清，是一次非常不錯的旅行體驗。
