Soggiorno Santa Reparata

A bit hard to communicate with a person in charge unless you are able to speak italian.

El baño necesita una renovación. Pintura desconchada, cisterna no funciona correctamente... La ubicación es buena. Aire acondicionado. Cama cómoda.

Camere datate, senza cura..

Although the amenities are not modernized, we liked the hotel and had everything we needed for a short stay. It's good with its own style ... I mean, its Florence style.

Location great, very clean place and the owner Giuseppe very nice host! 100% recomend this stay!

Cleanliness was good. Bathroom is outside the room, not connected and key is needed to lock from inside. No elevator. Check floor before booking if it's a concern. Staff is friendly. Joseph is very helpful. He kept our bags after we checked out so we went to other attractions until our train departed

Hotel was hard to find, a worker from hotel next door helped us find our spot. When we arrived around 8pm the hotel owner was is they were booked up (spoke Italian and was translated in English by the other hotel worker stated prior). The hotel had some bugs and our luggage smelled after our stay (first leg of our trip). this is a small mom and pop business but by far unaccommodating.
