設施：比較新，有智能控制系統。第一間房給了六樓，和天台連着的感覺不太安全，而且頂樓噪音很大（感覺是冷卻塔或者發動機的聲音），去換了一間三樓。避雷六樓，六樓衹有601和602這兩個房間。
衞生：第一間房枕頭上有死掉的昆蟲，我們去找了前台，給我換了一間，還不錯。
服務：比較nice。
早餐：非常好吃！！！很豐盛，讓我原諒了之前的換房bug。
位置：離火車站800米左右，走路十分鐘，略有點不方便。好處是比火車站門口的酒店安全一些。

非常非常不好的一次體驗！回國後，第一時間整理好文字發表評價，給需要的朋友。如果是中國🇨🇳家庭入住，希望大家避雷。接下來是我的親身經歷！出國前在攜程上訂了這家酒店，沒有做過太多的攻略，選了個離火車站進的地方。離店的時候，離奇的事件發生了！我們退房時把行李存放在酒店，晚點過來拿行李時，被酒店的一名女性工作人員叫住，她拿出手機的照片給我看，説酒店的皮內飾被指甲劃過，有痕跡。需要我們賠償，賠償金額為300歐元！我們確實是帶着孩子一起住的，我的孩子是女孩，11歲。我叫孩子過來，問她是否是她劃的，孩子説並不是她所為。我們早上一起床就帶孩子出去遊景點了，晚上回到酒店就睡覺了，孩子一直都在跟我們一起，並沒有時間去劃酒店內飾。這就是酒店的誣陷，我要酒店拿出我們入住之前的照片，酒店方根本就無法提供。一口咬定就是我們劃的，必須賠償！這就是對中國人的歧視！侮辱！如果我們不賠償酒店就不讓我們離開。我們接下來需要坐火車去羅馬，17:28的火車。16:30的時候我們聯繫攜程，請求攜程幫忙溝通解決，我們先趕火車，攜程很快聯繫到了酒店方，但是酒店方拒絕了我們先走攜程代理溝通。我們的火車票也無法改簽，為了不影響後續行程，我們沒有辦法衹有付款了300歐元的費用。17:08才離開酒店飛奔火車站。酒店工作人員的無理、傲慢，在我們心裏留下了深刻的印象。佛羅倫薩再美，我們再也不會來了！後續行程的心情也破壞了…最後跟攜程溝通，攜程賠付了1188人民幣。300歐元摺合人民幣約2310，我們自損1122，花了1122買次教訓了。

Location is very out of the way, especially if you travel with many luggages (with child, what's new). As the location is awkward, there is no pick up/drop off point for the hotel. Taxi stop is quite a distance away. The worst thing is, hotel doesn't even have a concierge. Be prepared to carry all your luggages yourself. At this price point, definitely not worth it. Oh ya, hotel doesn't provide shower gel, was surprised when I asked for shower gel the Recep told me to use the hand soup.

住宿環境是整個行程裏面最好的，4人套房寬敞，是國內4星左右的標準了。很現代，雖然樓下就是火車軌道但關閉陽台門窗以後隔音挺不錯，有水療等項目，但是有收費。另外可免費寄存行李。一次性用品，吹風機設備齊全，最像國內酒店。
早餐很好，品類多，自助餐。
樓下的水吧為入住3天以上➕中間不需要打掃客房衞生則提供一人一次免費飲品。（不滿足會收費）

交通便利就在火車站步行10分鐘到達,或可以搭輕軌到門口呢。只是在5月前沒有冷氣供應…幸好我們的旅程是在冬天，否則房間空氣流通不足。客房整體十分乾淨。

酒店位置車輛禁行，要報車牌給前台，否則會被拍照寄罰單。房間很乾凈，有陽台，泳池不大，早餐很豐盛，CP值超讚！

很驚喜的一次體驗，離火車站非常近，周邊吃的很多，離百花大教堂走路20分鐘左右，也可以接受，酒店安靜安全，非常好

交通方便，房間時尚，交通方便。佛羅倫薩是個比較小的地方，基本靠走就能到達各景點，煙火味挺重的一個地方，我挺喜歡
