Nice room and nice service! The location is convenient, and the room is clean. It is really good value for the money.

close to florence SM train station. a lot famouse sight nearby. traffic is convenice. the hotel building is old .but interesting.

歐洲最差的“黑店”，一棟樓裏混雜好幾個民宿性質房間，根本不是Hotel！ 大門鈴都是壞的，10分鐘後才來人，服務人員對中國人態度惡劣。問一下房間有沒有空調，直接把人趕出來，不辦入住，也不退錢。攜程介入協商也沒用！攜程立馬取消這種黑店，再別禍害其他遊客。誰想花錢受罪 ，受欺負就住這家黑店吧！

フィレンツェ中央駅近くゆえに、アクセスの良さを理由に選びました。 設備としては及第点レベルですが、建物が古くエレベーターが小さく、狭く、ちょっと怖いです。 また、セキュリティのためにホテルの入り口には厳重なカギが掛けられており、それに慣れるのが大変でした。 従業員の方は親切でした。そのあたりは価格相応かなと思います。 ただ、バスルームがかなり薬品臭いのが気になりました。 しっかりと清掃をしているということなのかもしれませんが、私にはちょっと臭いがきつかったです。 またホテル側のとおりは、おそらく尿などによるアンモニア臭が漂っており、夜は怖いイメージがあります。 このホテルに限らず、このエリアは女性だけの宿泊にはおすすめできないと感じました。

With a little more effort, this hotel could readily achieve a five stars review from me. Firstly, the good points. Great location near the station and not far to walk to many areas of interest. Lovely room that was well-equipped and quiet, apart from one night when an extended family were talking loudly after they returned from their evening meal. Breakfast was generally good, although the number of seats was limited and caused a problem on a couple of occasions. But we found it frustrating to arrive and read a notice to say that we had to check in at the sister hotel across the street. This meant carrying our cases up some steps, heading up in a lift, checking in, then wait for the receptionist to stop dealing with other guests, go down to the street, cross it, and then take the lift up to the hotel where we were staying. It's a good job that it wasnt raining when we were doing this. Also, the bread at breakfast was tasteless sliced, white bread. Surely, there's some great bread available. Also, there was far too much sugar in the granola. Staff were very helpful within the constraints imposed on them.

Ottima posizione,camere ampie e spaziose ... finestre con oscurini e non è cosa da poco 😅. Ottima accoglienza sia alla reception dove si fa' la registrazione ( palazzo difronte .. ) sia la mattina nell'hotel stesso. Colazione semplice ma tutto il necessario per iniziare la giornata. Consigliatissimo.

Отель расположен в 5 мин. пешком от железнодорожного вокзала. Ресепшен в отеле работает в основном во время завтрака, в другое время нужно обращаться на ресепшен отеля, расположенного на противоположной стороне улицы (информация имеется при входе в здание). Лифт не работал, приходилось 3 высоких этажа подниматься и спускаться пешком. В здании размещено много разных организаций (включая несколько отелей), но, наверное, ремонтировать лифт никто не собирается. Несмотря на холодные батареи в номере было тепло в феврале, когда на улице температура опускалась к вечеру до 0 - 2 градусов, а под одеялом даже жарко. Комната небольшая, но в ней есть все необходимое, включая холодильник, чайник, пакетики чая и кофе. Есть подставка под чемодан. Одного стула мало. Ежедневно меняли полотенца и пополняли одноразовые мыло, гель-шампунь. Немного узковат проход в душ. Окна выходили во внутренний двор, было тихо. Хороший завтрак: горячие вареные яйца, мюсли, сыр, йогурт, фрукты, сладкая выпечка, кофе из автомата, чай, сок.

Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y del centro histórico, puedes ir andando a todas partes. Está en un edificio antiguo y las habitaciones son también antiguas. La atención es estupenda y el desayuno correcto. Hay calentador de agua en la habitación. Mi habitación daba a un patio, así que no tuve problemas de ruido.

Amara sorpresa, l’albergo è sdoppiato, uno probabilmente moderno e ristrutturato (quello che mi aspettavo al momento della prenotazione), l’altro diviso da un corridoio, vecchio risalente probabilmente agli anni 70, pavimento in finto parquet logoro, altrettanto la moquette dei corridoi polverosa, stanza poco pulita, insomma hotel forse mai ristrutturato, materassi a molle, bagno in condizioni disastrose, stanza piccola sopratutto per supportare 3 persone con 3 letti. L’aspetto positivo è che si trova vicino alla stazione, che ci sono ristoranti nei pressi, che ha un garage adatto solo a piccole macchine altrimenti rischi di lasciare le fiancate nei pilastri e nelle rampe. La colazione era accettabile a parte le macchine che fornivano self service dei pessimi cappuccini e troppi tavoli nella sala.
