就在聖母百花大教堂旁邊，是一户老宅，同時部分正在維修，進大門啥也沒有，以為是走錯了。
一定要電梯上去三樓，就看到服務枱。
住的是兩個卧室一個客廳的房間，夠大。
窗户外就是大教堂，樓下熙熙攘攘遊客和咖啡館，感覺很酷。

工作人員態度很好，拿張地圖介紹要去哪裡玩，早餐也豐富，地址就在百花聖母大教堂旁邊，出去玩看到百花聖母大教堂就是到家了。去哪都是走路，很近很方便，房間洗澡間和廁所小得可憐，轉身的位置都沒有，而且要上樓梯才能到，帶長者的慎住，但我們第二天就飛西西里，所以將就住一晚上，一分錢一分貨。性價比還是可以的，省錢可推薦。旁邊也是民宿，當時按門鈴按錯了，幸虧提醒才找得到。很茫然的到不知怎麼找門口，直接打電話上去就OK了。

並非24小時前台，到了要打電話聯繫，管家才會過來，給辦理入住。房間位置好，開窗就能看到洗禮堂，但沒有陽台。佛羅倫薩中心地段，但單房間小，衞生間洗浴空間就更小了，性價比一般。從攜程預訂1500+，預訂完立刻跌價1200+，無法退改，兩晚瞬間蒸發600RMB

The property is located right outside the cathedral of Santa Maria del fiore and is 15 minutes walk from most major sights. Really enjoyed my stay!

Built in 1322 as the orphanage run by the church. Under going renovations. The room was nice and the shower was good. The view was amazing of the cathedral. Reception is limited hours so make sure to arrange your arrival time

i love the location and the friendliness of the staff, the coffee was so good. i think it was very clean, but there was some construction in the building that felt dusty. the toilet needs a bit of glue I felt it was about to break. but other than that the location can not be beat, and again staff was super nice
