I have canceled my booking 2 days after reservation sending emails and calling 100 times, still I have been charged. 1 month later not only I have not been refunded but also no response to emails and calls. I have never encountered a place called "hotel" managed his way!!

This was great. The rooms were clean and light with modern and fresh furniture. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. It is located a bit outside of the touristy area which was good but it was still a walkable distance to almost all places in Florence.

We absolutely loved our room and the property in general. It’s modern, cozy and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend.

Very nice, clean, size, efficient room & bathroom… centrally located… had hard time finding the street number & no receptionist on site at our arrival… had to self check thru help of other guests

Advantages : Very good conditions, Smart TV, iron & iron table available at front desk. Close to Arno River, Piazzale Michelangelo (Superb View Point), Ponte Vecchio and close to the city center (around 15 to 20 minutes walking) , nice staff. Right near the hotel there are several terraces and bakeries. Disadvantages : No room slippers, Ugly elevator.

Accogliente e pulito, moderno e con una super visuale. Ascensore che sale fino al piano, zona molto carina e tranquilla. Avrei dato 5 stelle, se non fosse per la stanza fredda la notte e la mancanza di coperte. Per 2 letti matrimoniali, c’era solo un piumone singolo. Peccato solo per quello, anche perché glielo avevo fatto presente per messaggio al proprietario che non c’erano altri piumoni in stanza. Comunque ci tornerei e lo consiglio a famiglie e coppie che vogliono andare a Firenze qualche giorno.
