Iris Apartments

The location was excellent, a little noisy from the road traffic but knew when booking it. The apar**ent itself is nice, light and good fixture and fittings, however the maintenance wasn't so good. We were given the wrong apar**ent initially and when I said it wasn't like the advert, they said did I not read the description, turned out they had put us in the wrong apar**ent, but it was sorted. There was no sheets for the sofa bed and would have been a charge to deliver some but they gave us some for free due to the mix up the day before. Surely if you advertise a sofa bed, so it sleeps 4 people, you would provide some sheets as standard. We got locked out (our fault) but we had to get a taxi to the office 4 times as they wouldn't come to us to help, before they sent a locksmith which we had to pay for so turned out expensive with 4 taxi rides on top. We had locked our money and phones in the apar**ent so had to borrow money off another resident in the apar**ent to get the taxis, even telling them this, they still wouldn't come to us. On the 5th and 8th day we had cleaners knocking on the door telling us to leave by 10am, but they had the wrong apar**ent again! Small issue.. no plug in kitchen sink, it stunk, I just covered it as I knew they would charge for a delivery of a plug, but on the last day it came bubbling up with sewage. The apar**ent itself, I would recommend if you don't require help from the management, they just seemed unhelpful and nobody taking ownership.

Our stay at Iris Apar**ents was extremely disappointing.  Firstly, the room we were given was NOT  the room shown on the site. Instead we received a dirty and very neglected room. The walls had dirt marks on them, the bed (an old pull-out sofa!!) had stains and the floor was not clean. Windows & blinds closed only with difficulty.  The single good thing was the location - a charming neighborhood, about a 25 minute walk from the centre and with shops & supermarkets nearby. After over 3 weeks traveling in southern Italy, this was by far the worst and most neglected place we stayed in.

Nice apar**ent but uncomfortable bed.

Todo bien. El departamento es como se describe, a pasos de todo, cerca de lugares de interes y la zona es bastante bonita. Muy recomendable.
