Hotels Firenze Select

The room was very ample but the entrance door wouldn't close well from the inside and therefore I had to sleep with a chair behind the door. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower door positioned in such a way that only a very skinny person could bet inside the shower. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly and seemed not very interested in my pre-departure suggestions. The price is very good and the hotel is very close to the Opera House.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk employee was very rude and unhelpful. There is no airport shuttle, the toilet did not flush (I had to use the trash can to pour water down it to get it to empty) the shower nozzle fell off the wall, the phone cord just went to an empty hole in the wall, you could feel the springs in the bed, they charge you 40euro more if you arrive after 6pm. When I asked to get help fixing the toilet the front desk worker said sarcastically, "I doubt the maintenance guy will come and what do you expect you paid 37euro for your room." Well I do expect a working toilet. Don't stay here even if it's the only option in Florence, go to a different town.

We arrive at the Hotel, and everything seems good, but, couple of minutes after we realize that rooms are not in the same building as the lobby. There is no elevator, so we have to carry our luggage one floor above. Bath and Room was normal but the experience about to happen wasn’t normal at all. My friend and I leave the hotel to explore the city and when we came back our key didn’t unlock the door. We tried couple of times and nothing. The lobby was closed and we found an emergency number which we call and the manager (we don’t know if he really is) he answered very mad and screams to us as if our intention was to butter him. He said a lot of bad things to me and my friend. He wasn’t friendly at all. And when he came to opened the door, explains that in their rooms they have two different locks but clients only have 1 key to open 1 lock and the other was locked magically. Which we didn’t know and it’s completely senseless that the second lock can be only open by him. So next day we went out, when we came back, we had the same problem and again lobby was close. So we have to deal again with his bad behavior and this time he said to us that he didn’t know when he would be able to open the door because he had personal things to do. Like have dinner with his wife. So we wait for almost 2 hours and we decided to leave the hotel. Hope this can help to not book this hotel.

Ci hanno disdetto la camera 10 giorni prima dell' arrivo se nessuna spiegazione,chiamati piu' mai risposto. State lontani questi non sanno comportarsi ne' lavorare naturalmente questa e' la mia opinione. Mi stupisce che Booking permetta a certe strutture di stare sul propio sito. Vergognoso.

Nella descrizione dell'hotel c'é scritto che la reception é aperta 24/24, ma per effettuare il check in dopo le 18:00, si paga un supplemento dai 20 ai 30€!!! Assurdo!!! Inoltre, il personale é davvero sgarbato e presuntuoso!

Los recepcionistas son unos maleducados y unos engreídos. Tened cuidado al coger el hotel ya que si llegáis mas tarde de las 18:00 (ni un minuto te dan) te cobran 20 euros por hacer el check in y si vas mas tarde de las 20:00 te cobran 30 euros. La excusa mala es el covid (que dime tú que tiene que ver el covid para que te cobren a las 18:05 20 euros por hacer el chek in). Además, en la página por la que reservé este hotel no decía nada de esos suplementos y nos lo avisaron ni con 24 horas de antelación. Hablamos con ellos y no se molestaban en escucharte, solo te decían de mala maneras que así era el check in y punto, sin darte una solución coherente. Unos auténticos desagradecidos. Así que si reserváis el hotel id antes de esa hora ya que os contarán si no. No puedo decir como son las instalaciones ya que gracias a dios no llegue a alojarme en el hotel, lo cancelé ese mismo día. Quería hacer especial mención al recepcionista que nos atendió llamado FEDERICO, que es un autentico maleducado. Después de esto (como en otras reseñas vistas de este hotel en otras páginas) se que se van a dedicar a responder a este comentario exculpandose de todo y diciendo que son un autentico amor, cosa que es MENTIRA. Le recomendaría al hotel que mirara el tipo de personal que tiene, le iría mejor prescindir de alguno que otro.
