Geweldig hotel, geweldige locatie. Professionaliteit en vriendelijkheid. Zeer mooie kamer, zeer schoon met een aangenaam terras. Comfortabele bedden en kussens. Niets te zeggen. Het enige dat helaas de badkamer, hoewel schoon en compleet (leuke handdoeken voor hem en haar) absoluut gemoderniseerd moet worden. Ik zou aanraden om een telefoon mee te nemen, want de meegeleverde is niet in orde. We hebben de hot tub niet geprobeerd, maar genoten van het ontbijt en het restaurant

Hotel gelegen op steenworp afstand van het historisch centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooie kamer en zeer comfortabel bed. Ontbijt vol met alles en geserveerd door personeel dat altijd beschikbaar is om met een glimlach aan uw verzoeken te voldoen. Het restaurant van het hotel "Benedicta" is uitzonderlijk, kwaliteit en hoffelijkheid op één plek. Bij de volgende reis naar Florence lijdt het geen twijfel dat we zullen terugkeren.

Alberto op een semi-centrale locatie, reservering gemaakt voor 2 maar bij aankomst in het hotel was het maar voor 1 persoon.
Kamer vol muggen en niet erg schoon.

De locatie is erg goed, het ligt heel dicht bij het treinstation, verschillende kerken, pleinen, musea, kunstgalerijen en bruggen.
Ik boekte de goedkoopste kamer, het was zo klein, er was maar een klein raam op de eerste verdieping en de badkamer draaide gewoon om.
Het voelt donker aan, en de verwarming is centraal geregeld, ik weet niet hoe ik die de eerste nacht moet afstellen.
Het ontbijt van het hotel heeft alleen vleeswaren, maar het is behoorlijk uitgebreid. Het restaurant zal 's avonds diner serveren.Er hangen veel Michelin-stickers van dit restaurant bij de ingang van het hotel, maar na het eten kan alleen de bediening het bijbenen.
De parkeerplaats is coöperatief, en de mensen op de parkeerplaats zullen de auto wegrijden.Als u de auto wilt gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf, dient u 20 minuten van tevoren contact op te nemen met de receptie en moet u betalen voor de parkeerservice Er zijn echter niet veel mogelijkheden om te rijden in het centrum van Florence.

What’s a pleasant surprise! My hubby and I thought it’s going to be a predictable and ordinary hotel but we were proven wrong. The location is about 10 mins away from the train station. Our stay at Hotel Rivoli was definitely one of the most memorable and value for money we have had in Italy, given the cleanliness, the amenities provided and friendliness of staff. Our room has a small veranda which we had made it a point to have a relaxing glass of wine every night. The hotel is also currently having lovely Chris**as seasons exhibits for school children.

Had an extra person last minute so one of us was asked to leave the hotel late at night and try to find another one. We were also made to change to a bigger room from the second day on. Hotel itself is ok with nice furnishings and spacious rooms. We didn’t get much help with booking hotels/changing rooms, and the reception wasn’t very polite. Located in busy, noisy, dirty, touristy area but at least it was close to the station.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous garden and a hot tub heated year round- great way to relax after a day of walking everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls are thin though so you will hear everything so fingers crossed you have quiet neighbours

Really my favorite hotel even the room was small but all amenities and bed are so comfortable and usually you won’t stay too much in the room whenever I came back in Florence, the breakfast is amazing and the service is always good not to mention the location is really close to the station and all the attractions in center
