Kort bij het treinstation (5 minuten wandelen) en het centrum maar daar merk of hoor je niets van. Ontbijt is redelijk. Behalve met de vriendelijke receptionisten weinig met het overig personeel te maken gehad. We hebben 3 nachten verbleven in dit fijn en schoon hotel voor een redelijke prijs (in Florence).

WiFi doesn’t work in rooms.
Booked here for the spa and was told on check in that there was no spa. That was pretty lame.

This hotel is on a side street about two blocks from the Florence train stain, the tour bus pickup/drop off area, the leather goods and factory area, and lots of street vendors and restaurants. The cost is below 100 euro, and breakfast is included. Breakfast is more than ample and the food better than most. There are both inside and outside patio seating. (Check out the faded artwork on the walk of the dining area. - Shown) Management and hotel workers are responsive to your needs. Our room overlooked the patio area and the eastern part of the city (shown). Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, the room was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast was amazing.

The property location is close to every main attraction. The hotel room needs better maintenance as the room smelled musty. The air conditioner would also turn off automatically and we had to call the lobby multiple times to make sure it was on. Overall the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Four nights, ok bed, ok elevator, ok breakfast. Easy to get to Florence Train Station and to the tour busses, and an easy walk to David and Uffizi art museum.

Property was close to train station. An easy 7-10 min walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning was fantastic! Breakfast had a great variety as well.
