DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked Apartments La Borsa through Airbnb, hosted by Bita. Because our flight was delayed, Bita told us she could not meet us and we would not be able to check in that night. As a result, we had no lodging for our first night in Florence and had to book elsewhere. She then told us verbally that she would give us a refund for that first night, but after we departed, she refused and stopped responding to our messages. This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had and the worst I’ve ever been treated by an Airbnb host. If you value having a reliable place to stay on your travels, DO NOT stay at these apartments (and AVOID Bita).

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à la Borsa. L’appartement est parfait, propre, moderne, avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons reçu un super accueil, merci à Vittorio pour son sourire et son professionnalisme. Le restaurant est top avec des produits de qualité et un super service ! Un endroit vraiment à recommander ! Nous y retournerons c’est sûr !!

La posizione è il punto forza di questo grande appartamento confortevole, vi è davvero tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in autonomia. L’appartamento viene consegnato pulitissimo e corredato di kit di cortesia molto apprezzati, oltre che di tutti gli utenti da cucina. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e ti mette a tuo agio. Il sottostante ristorante pizzeria è un notevole valore aggiunto, si mangia bene ed essendo ospiti degli appuntamenti si ricevono coccole in più. Non è insonorizzato.
