SpringHill Suites Flagstaff

Excellent. Loved the breakfast. So kind and friendly!!

Used for a 1 day trip to see some snow before season ends. The location was in a great location, near shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the king suite for three of us and a dog. Room was clean and cozy. The room had a nice modern touch. The staff was accommodating as we needed a late check out. They obliged with no hesitation. Over all a nice place to rest our heads.

Was nice property but the breakfast was not good. Eggs had a lot of water in them, and not a lot of options to choose from. The curtains in the room had a big hole in them. Framing around the bathroom door was broken and crooked.

This is my 5th time stay in Flagstaff and each time I have tried different options and can say I need not look for different options for my next trip. Excellent location and hotel.

Parents stayed here and they aren’t very tech savvy so they asked front desk staff to help them secure a cab to the airport. They were given and phone number to a service that didn’t answer. The staff wouldn’t help with anything else. I had to call them an Uber from many states away.

The only thing I wasn’t expecting was the $10 parking charge. But other than that it was a great place to stay. I’d stay here again.

Excellent location, clean and super friendly helpful staff. Size of the room is perfect 1 king size bed.

Quick one night stay. Nice hotel. Comfortable bedding. Front desk staff is unpleasant, not very welcoming. Both the night and morning staff at the front desk were rude.
