La mia esperienza all'hotel Iris Crillon è stata più che soddisfacente
La stanza molto pulita e confortevole, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile
Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di tutto e spero di poterci ritornare al mio prossimo viaggio a Fiuggi

We stayed here in April and had a really lovely experience, 3 adults and two children aged 8 and 11. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were given really good advice on places to visit, parking, directions etc in Rome and the surrounding area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We were also given a packed breakfast to take with us for our early flight home without asking, all really thoughtful touches. Thank you Gianfranco and all the staff, wish we were still here!

I had single room number 101 oh what a disgrace!! The shower door, hairdryer, coat hangers, bed head, were all filthy full of dust, no skirting boards wallpaper peeling off, wall lamp almost falling off, 1980s thin outdated mattress, Childs single bed 2 and half foot wide not normal single bed, my back ached every night could not sleep well!! Although the hotel itself was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly but I’m afraid I will not stay there again unfortunately!!

Good clean hotel and comfortable rooms for the price. Staff very attentive and seem happy in their jobs which to me shows a happy workforce. The owner Gianluca was very accommodating, even dropping things he had to do, to take my son to the doctor as he was taken ill. On our outbound we had a flight cancellation and arrived 3 days later, this was not a problem when I called them they just held the rooms. Would I stay again ? Yes I would and I will do at some point in the future.

Un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente. I proprietari sono affettuosi e gentili. Le camere molto carine e pulite. La colazione deliziosa. Posizione dell'hotel ottimale. All'Iris Crillon Hotel ti senti a casa. Anche i nostri piccoli amici pelosi sono trattati benissimo. Per me è stata un'esperienza top!

Hotel carino, un po' datato ma situato in ottima posizione, che sicuramente potrebbe essere gestito meglio.. di positivo il parcheggio gratuito e il contesto... Da rivedere assolutamente la colazione nella quale non sono previsti neanche i semplici croissant ma soltanto torte di mediocre qualità. Un altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è stato dalla reception "neanche un sorriso" e quando ho chiesto che tipo di cuscini avevano, sentirmi dire che era inutile cercare una scelta perché tanto si lamentano tutti... MAH!! Resto molto perplesso... Altra nota dolente il materasso a molle è pergiunta il ns era frutto dell'unione di 2 singoli... Per ultimo, il prezzo, è davvero ottimo e forse perché proporzionato alla qualità,

Excelente. Impecable servicio, impecable limpieza, impecable ubicación, impecable precio. El hotel pertenece y es administrado por la misma familia hace 90 años y claramente, saben lo que hacen. Cenar ahí es como cenar en casa de una familia italiana: comida rica y sincera.
