... SEMPLICEMENTE D I V I N A❤️❤️❤️ non ho parole per descrivere il trattamento ricevuto a partire dalla parte SPA sino alla cena.. Consiglio per una romantica fuga dallo stress della città e per ritemprare lo spirito ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ CHAPEAUX 💗💗💗💗💗

Check-in: 3/5 - mediocre, specified twin beds and noted in special request but given a double bed. Front desk staff rectified this upon us showing the booking confirmation. Check out: 4/5 - checked bill was charged for another room’s item, front desk took it off bill. Would check bill before paying. Dining experience: 1/5 - Disappointing. Evening/night staff were unpleasant, not welcoming and dismissive. - Gentleman that took our order was very dismissive, didn’t wait for us to finish our order and walked off. - Long wait for food to arrive. - Our second dinning experience, order was incorrect bc again the same gentlemen waiter did not wait for us to finish ordering. Room & service: 2/5 - Large room - For the entire stay we had no cleaning service. - The fridge was not replenished with drinks or water. - No drinking glasses in room. - Washroom toilet seat was smaller than the toilet base. - Washroom had mold and smelt like sewer. We had to request airfreshener as the smell was unbearable. Location - 2/5 - not convenient to other restaurants or town, car required. - taxi service is minimal and expensive. Pro: Villa does have infinity pool and the scenery is nice.

We were so excited to stay at a unique hotel in Tuscany but It was an absolute disappointment. The photos on their website must be from 20 years ago as nothing looked like it at all. Everything is old, run down, dirty. Rooms are full ants and bugs. Bathroom and the shower are full Of mold. Furniture is old, discolored and dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. The manger is an angry man that wants to fight with everyone as no one is not allowed to make a complaint. No one ever answers the phone and when they do, if U have a request, U must go down stairs to get it. For a simple soap, we had to call numerous times and then go to reception to pick it up. Do not go there, you be better off burning your money in a fireplace and enjoying the flames.

What a shame. It's a beautiful resort in a beautiful location, but the service was utterly terrible. It took us 3 hours on a 34 degree day to get to the resort. It would have been nice to have been greeted with a glass of water. The receptionist took our IDs, checked us in and vaguely gave us directions to our room. The air conditioning unit is insufficient for the room size and requires a card to keep it running whilst not in the room. We were only issued with one card. The resort was severely understaffed. This was clearly visible initially when we went in for our treatment. One employee was performed the treatment for the both of us at the same time. After this was completed, we went back to our room and received a tiny fruit platter and prosecco that was promised on arrival. We returned downstairs for our 30 minute massage, which lasted only 20 minutes. Further evidence of the facility being understaffed was evident at the in-house restaurant. There was one waiter without shoelaces who sparingly decided when he would make an appearance and take some orders. There was also one runner for the entire restaurant. This process took over 2 hours, and because the staff were overworked, the customer service was terrible. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The following morning, while waiting for breakfast, we were greeted by a very rude and arrogant man stating in front of the other patrons that we had provided incorrect forms of ID, as we were international travellers. It was embarrassing as we were sent off to get copies of our passports. This was such a stressful experience. The complete opposite of what we came for. We travelled from australia - this was the worst experience. Upon checkout, we were charged €8 for one bottle of water and service charge?

4 STELLE SUPERIOR DOVE???? Siamo arrivate in struttura di sabato alle 15:00. La receptionist ci consegna le chiavi magnetiche della stanza in fretta e furia, sbolognandoci velocemente al check-in. Arrivate in camera, la bottiglia di prosecco con frutta fresca non c’era… nonostante nella mail di prenotazione ci fosse scritto “prosecco e frutta fresca ALL’ARRIVO”. Volevo chiamare la reception per chiedere info, ma nella camera mancava il numero per chiamare la reception, mancava la password del wi-fi, mancavano bicchieri per bere. Se avete bisogno di qualcosa, scordatevelo!! servizio del tutto assente!! Receptionist assente e indisponibile! Per di più la luce nella stanza è andata via per aver acceso il phon. Quindi niente riscaldamento, niente corrente. il manutentore assente e introvabile. dopo quasi due ore con vari solleciti, è arrivato il cameriere del ristorante a risolverci la situazione. La cucina è buona ma servizio lentissimo con attesa estenuante!!! 3h per mangiare 2 portate. l’unica nota positiva sono stati gli operatori nella spa per le loro competenze. Pulizia della camera pessima! laniccio e polvere per tutta la stanza. telefono nero e sudicio con strato di polvere. Pulizia della piscina interna al quanto imbarazzante!! acqua molto sporca! NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE UNA STRUTTURA CHE SI MERITA UN 4 STELLE superior

Ok, the place look luxury (if it is your target,and even if I said 'look') But: How would you think about a 'so called' spa, with 1 micro sauna(3 people and it's empty) One little termal pool, with terrible cold water(!!)? Oh, and the place around the pool is about 40sq.mt. with a dozen of compressed sunbeds. Plus: Little and unfurnitured dressing room(where can I put my dress?) A shower with NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO. If you only care about luxury stairs or over hills view it's ok,but (exspecially in this covid times) don't go for the spa treatment! No more.

Soggiorno di coppia, pacchetto notte, cena e percorso benessere. La struttura é stupenda, silenziosa e immersa nel verde. Le camere curate, comode e lussuose. La cena da ristorante stellato. Staff gentile e preparato. Qualità prezzo davvero ottima. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Decisamente tutto perfetto, sia come sistemazione della camera che come ospitalità. Soggiornato per una notte con un pacchetto "Romantic" siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti; competenze e professionalità nelle ragazze della spa, nella reception e giusta risposta alle nostre richieste. Sicuramente da rifare.
