Een hotel dat tot in detail is doordacht! Naast dat het interieurontwerp werkelijk uniek en smaakvol is, is aan alles in dit hotel gedacht voordat het werd uitgevoerd. Een voorbeeld hiervan zijn de waterdistributiemachines, die naast koud en natuurlijk water ook over warm water beschikken! iets heel handigs voor mensen die met kleine kinderen reizen of gewoon op elk moment van thee willen genieten. Ook de kamers zijn tot in detail doordacht: de stapelbedden zijn schitterend, ze hebben een elektriciteitsaansluiting, licht en zelfs een soort tasje om persoonlijke spullen in op te bergen! De woonkamer is ook zeer goed uitgerust: tafeltennis, snooker, darts en een arcade-machine, alles zonder extra kosten voor de gasten! Een schitterend hotel met een even briljante bevolking: bij de receptie werden we zeer goed ontvangen en toen we later om informatie vroegen over het diner, waren de aanbevelingen uitstekend! Bij het ontbijt werden onze verzoeken om extra spek en een gekookt ei meteen ingewilligd met de beste wensen van de persoon die er op dat moment bij was. Er zouden meer van dit soort hotels moeten zijn! Gefeliciteerd

This is a family trip.
The room and facilities are excellent,but,the hotel is hosting some kind of party which was very noisy and went on until 4 AM.
My room is right next door to where the party was held.
Very disturbed night and lack of sleep is an issue

They should have times in the games room and pool that are adults only. We felt like we were in a daycare and never managed to fully benefit from the facilities

All staff were welcoming, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I needed stitches but the staff did everything to help. Rooms clean, spacious and cleaned daily. Beds were lovely and comfortable with fluffy pillows. Restaurant was our favourite place to eat in the evening. The regular waiter was funny, helpful and great to talk to Only negative, the cooked breakfast was always cold, independent of the time you ate breakfast, but the selection was amazing. Well done to everyone.

Inadequate staffing, room bathroom was not properly cleaned.
Best part of this hotel was the rec room and convenient parking in front.

Really nice discovery ! Great hotel - lovely decoration, tailor made and personalised service , hot swimming pool and spa area . The family rooms are perfect . We are really happy of our stay . Perfect location to make surf with professional teachers . Nice wild location with trendy bars on the beach . We are fully happy and our teenagers also .

Perfect hotel for families. Lovely warm and quiet pool, fun games room, hotel felt very safe for a pre-teen to have a bit of independence, big grassy area for playing cricket etc, wetsuit dip & drying room. Brilliant to have surf lessons including transport organised by hotel, but only private lessons for under 12s. 10 mins walk to beach. Great breakfast, lots of choice, but lunch & dinner only ok - felt expensive for what it was, but lots of other food options nearby.

The room cost was way high for this country and for the amenities and the room was small and bed was quite uncomfortable. My companion and I both did not sleep well. Also, breakfast was not included which was outrageous considering the cost of the room!
