Premier Inn Bournemouth/Ferndown

Stayed here on route to our final destination. Could not fault staff very friendly and welcoming and room was clean and comfy

A few friends and I had booked rooms for a wedding we were attending locally. The room was a lot bigger than anticipated and was relatively clean. It was easy to get an Uber to the wedding and back. Was very handy being close to shops as well in case you needed anything/had forgotten something. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They cater for vegetarians very well! I was able to have veggie bacon and sausage! - Not stayed anywhere else where there is the option for both, so was very happy about this. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and made you feel very comfortable and like they would help if you did need something. I also really liked how much surface space there was, which is necessary for getting ready for a wedding! The lighted vanity mirror with shelf underneath and easy access to plugs was honestly the best! Whenever I travel, I always take a mirror with me so that I can position it somewhere with the best light to do my make-up and usually this is a bit of a faff, but the vanity mirror was very good so my own mirror stayed packed! The only criticisms I had are only minor and totally liveable - there's no mini fridge or air conditioning. A fan is provided but this doesn't do much to cool the room down and I couldn't chill the water I had brought with me. The value for money with this hotel was just fantastic and would definitely be happy to stay at a premier inn again without a doubt. Super convenient, affordable and comfortable.

Premier inn tucked away alongside busy road. As expected except no food do to staff shortages. List provided by very professional and friendly polite staff on duty.

Perfect place for us to stay on way down to visit Tank Museum in Bovington before heading onto Cornwall. Everything as expected for a family and nice breakfast. All staff friendly. Would recommend for easy, comfortable and good value overnight stay.

Didn't get a great night's sleep as my 6 year old was coughing most of the night. Woke in the morning and my son knocked down the net curtain whilst looking out the window. What was under the net curtain was nothing short of disgusting. Both corners of the window covered in mold. Not a doctor etc but this cannot have helped my my daughter who suffers with asthma.

Our room was quite close to reception, so I was worried about lots of noise with people walking down the hall, but it was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly and our room was as expected. The parking spaces are a bit small at the front (I think there are more out the back, but didn't see them). We'd stay here again.

I stayed at this Premier inn in Ferndown. The hitel is generally a bit tatty and our room had a strong musty smell. As we were on the ground floor we were not able to leave our window open. Although the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The smell was not pleasant.

Excellent staff, room had all essentials, clean tidy perfect for my 1 night stay. Good check in/out times.

The hotel was very clean, tidy, had a great restaurant attached- plus Sainsbury’s/ Lidls or Mc Donald’s all close by ..
