De locatie van het hotel is inderdaad lastig te vinden en de auto kan niet tot aan de deur komen. De hotelmedewerkers boden gelukkig een ophaal- en brengservice aan vanaf een halte vlakbij het hotel. De faciliteiten van het hotel zijn eenvoudig en nieuw, en de netheid en hygiëne zijn prima. Het enige verbeterpunt is de afvoer in de badkamer; na het douchen blijft er een plas water op de grond staan. De kamer met uitzicht op de rivier kijkt direct uit op de Yujiang-rivier, waardoor je 's avonds de verlichting kunt zien. Het hotel ligt direct aan de rivieroever, wat erg handig is om te eten en te recreëren. Aan de overkant van de oever bevindt zich een bar, waar de muziek hard staat. De geluidsisolatie van de kamer was acceptabel, maar het fijnste was dat het geen hoogseizoen was toen ik er was en de bar na middernacht sloot. Daardoor werd het rustiger en kon ik eindelijk slapen. Toen ik uitcheckte en vertrok, hielp de hotelmedewerker me ook nog met mijn bagage naar de taxistandplaats.

Very nice location, the room with the view on the river was really big and fully furnished with some modern tech touches. A bit disappointed by the the people at the reception. In the welcome messages they are are warm and supportive, in person they just lacked any empathy and engagement.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room is very average but it has a very nice view which we love. Finding the hotel is a bit of a struggle. You have to carry your heavy bags on the stairs as well. The guy is very kind despite the language barrier. Recommended for an overnight stay.

Such a pleasant hotel! The owner was helpful in assisting us with our luggage, arranging a driver to and from the train station, giving suggestions for the ancient town, and giving us a free costume rental! The location is perfect and the views are beautiful!

Travelling there, we couldn't book didi online from the high speed rail station so contacted the hotel to help us, and they told us to wait in queue for the taxi instead. The hotel is around 20 mins from the station by taxi and hotel staff came out to meet us at where the taxi could drop us off and helped us with carrying our luggage to the hotel a few minutes on foot (as cars cannot be driven right up to the hotel, like many other hotels there). This was much appreciated as we didn't have to look around for the hotel while dragging our luggages around with the kids. On checkout day, the hotel arranged taxi to high speed rail station for us for free and helped us carry luggage to the taxi. The location of hotel is right in the centre of the most lively section of the Fenghuang Ancient Town. The night and day view from the room balcony was spectacular - can see both the Rainbow bridge and the floating show from the room. Very convenient and can go back to the hotel regularly to drop off shopping or take a short rest. There's music playing at the bars on the other side of the river in the evening but it settles down around bedtime so there's no problem at all. Hotel helped us switched to a bigger room for a more comfortable stay for our group. Bed was comfortable. The staff quickly helped resolve a minor issue with the tv remote and he got another one working for us. The room is equipped with xiaodu ai for some smart features such as curtains, and adjusting lighting. A hotel stay bonus was free costume at a shop downstairs which you can wear around the town. You can get makeup and get photographer with a little added cost. We had a very enjoyable time at ancient town and will definitely go there again. Thank you! Just one suggestion: there's only 1 sliding door between the shower and the toilet, ie. can only close one at a time. It would be good to have doors that can close for both at the same time so people in the room can do their own business with more privacy.

Location is superb to enjoy the night vibes of Fenghuang ancient town. Service provided was also very good, with a free pick-up from the railway station. In my opinion, they need to improve amenities maintenance and cleaning

Location and the view from the balcony is amazing. The room is abit rundown and xleaniness needs improvement.

The overall cleanliness is not up to Western standards. We were only given three towels for five people every day. Although they tried to soundproof it, the room is still quite noisy due to its central location. The bathroom doesn't have a door.

Helpful staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The room view is to die for, so beautiful. Bathroom / shower could have been cleaner and the cable situation inside the room was a bit concerning but given the short stay, we didn’t mind it too much.
