No doubt is next to the centre of the city but it is located just opposite a lot bar and pub . so is so music and all sort of noise will only stop after 2am . make me totally cannot sleep at all and this noise will start early in the morning about 7am .when people walking and talking on the street the hotel window sound insulation is totally useless. On the first days when we arrived the hotel manager trying to sell us package tours which i feel so irritatiing and keep on hard selling. i and my friends after two days staying in this hotel all have sleepless night and totally unable to enjoy the scenery round.

回家過年路過鳳凰古城,床比較大,一家住很合適、停車就在樓下非常方便！古城風景不錯、前台小姐姐推薦的長潭崗網紅打開點小眾景點也很不錯、推薦的竹山苗寨也不錯、峽谷遊艇很好玩、民宿裝修風格新穎時尚、值得推薦！

一夜1000貴，房間衞生差（枕頭都有發黴似乎沒有打掃衞生），床都有濕（似乎也是沒有烘乾），馬桶是壞的，窗户門是關不上的很吵。是我住過的最差勁又很貴的酒店，建議大家不要住，改為酒店好點。

古城玩了幾次、這次帶朋友來玩、選擇了這家臨江帶停車位的酒店，着實方便，進小區大門就看到了，裝修大氣時尚，應該是周邊最好的民宿了，下次一定還來，鳳凰古城的旅拍店太多了，滿大街都是，不過都挺有特色！

我每次都喜歡選擇交通方便的酒店、這次也不例外，車可以開到酒店樓下、沒想到車能開到樓下酒店還臨江，還能看夜景！是喜歡交通方便又看夜景的首選，推薦！酒店是智能的，使用很方便、黑白灰的風格。

重遊鳳凰古城，這次還是選擇住在汀瀾水岸，帶孩子來玩行李多，停車就在門口，拿東西方便，前台美女一如既往的服務熱情，房間全智能化，寬敞明亮衞生乾淨。
