When my reservation was made Iask for a room with a king bed. When I arrived I was booked to have a hearing impaired room.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Fresh coffee available in the lobby. Rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Spa bathroom topped it off. We will be back!

Didnt know there was a fifty dollar deposit that wasn't stated upon booking that i still havent recieved back

The staff was friendly and rooms comfortable . The heating units look like they need cleaning (mildew) and my daughter found what we think was a bed bug in the bed in the morning. When we mentioned it and showed a picture, they just said they would have it sprayed.

if I could. The bed was so comfortable and the room, bathroom included, was very nice. No lingering odors from previous occupants just fresh linens and a clean bathroom for good night's stay!
