Bison Inn and Suites

The room I stayed in was the dirtiest room I'd ever seen even after they switched me once and then they declined to switch me another time after I had already paid the bed was sunken in almost to the floor the bathroom sink was full of gunk. There was no fire alarm. And the walls were dirty. No plate in the microwave and when I went to tell the front desk they came down there with me and said they apologize I'll have a better room next time and I was forced to stay in the room.

The sheets were absolutely gross and dirty. Asked the front desk to change them. Theybsaid ok. We came back an hour or 2 later and they hadn't been changed. So i asked again and they said they would get us sheets to changed them. I told them they can. Door lock was also broke. Room was filthy

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The internet was very poor. The blinds did open very easily.

alot of damages in the room. bathroom in poor condition. leaking water, damaged tiles, tub not clean , sink not draining

The hotel is all nonsmoking but was smoky in the building. Carpet looked dirty and needed cleaned. Sheets had stains on them. King room did not have couch but we were switched to a double room for no charge. Cheap price and staff was very friendly.

Staff and owner were very helpful, We checked in late and kids wanted milk. They gave the whole carton of milk and warm it up for us. We will definitely come next time.

Empty chip bags and trash in room. Room was extremely stuffy like ac filter needed to be changed. No shampoo or conditioner. Would not stay again staff was rude, I helped a elderly couple with walker up stairs after staff told them that they wouldn't help and told them it's only a couple stairs and wouldn't give them a refund. 2nd night something was going on because there was multiple police officers in lobby. It was in a good location other than that no good.

The bathroom was filthy. Tub and curtains so dirty we didn't even shower. TV remote was grimiest ever seen. Had to get behind headboard to retrieve something and the dirt and dust was unbelievable. Sheets were wrinkled and greyed. Unbelievable that ******* has anything to do with this mess.
