A little older hotel but the rooms are still decent. Friendly staff, centrally located, and clean rooms. We will continue to book here when we can.

Key card did not work, one staff person to check people in during a convention weekend, no/low water pressure, creeper truck drivers in the ****** area, no blackjack or pig wheel. It was not the hotel it used to be.

This is an honest review of the hotel and its current condition. The staff was very friendly and not a reflection on them with the low rating. The hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. It is quite dated and very dirty with stained walls, peeling paint and horrendous stained carpet. The elevators look very worn and are in need of maintenance. The convention area was nice and the pool area is nice but the actual hotel part is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, maintenance of all parts including the elevators and lots of things need new paint.

Overall it was good. It's half the price of the other hotels. I can deal with it not being the best cause I don't feel like paying 200 plus to sleep for one night.

Continental breakfast was pretty good and the area it was in. The property is outdated and needs an update in all areas. All areas in the hotel were gross and nothing was wiped down. Stairwells weren’t vacuumed. Our room was dirty in some spots. Woke up to people arguing in the hallway with hotel staff at 6:00 AM over a vending machine issue. That would be my last night staying at this hotel.

Room was well kept and clean. Pillows badly need to be replaced but that is minor. We were here for a medical procedure. The only complaint is we spent time in the pool/hot tub and the hot tub water was cold. It’s our understanding that the heating was out but unfortunately no one was available to fix it. I think a sign should have been put out that said that. We heard a lot of people complain about it but we didn’t feel the need to call and complain to the desk since they already knew about the issue but overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again

Snow removal was limited, one of the elevators didn't work and door 2 was hard to open, but the staff was awesome and the room was clean and quiet. This is where i stay anyone i have back to back doctor's appointments or surgery.
