Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

This was our first time to Jamaica as well as an H10 property. We had a pleasant visit and will plan on returning with our daughters next year.

Overall it was ok. I didn’t like the fact that I expressed I was celebrating my birthday and everyone else has a door banner. I’m just glad I brought my own. I came and January 2024 and they didn’t give my friend who was celebrating his birthday a banner either.

The staff isn’t friendly, or helpful if you express concern. I called for room service 12pm est it didn’t come till 8pm est.

The layout of the propery makes getting from activity to activity convenient. The food and entertainment was top notch.
The only complaint I have is the relentless attepts to upsell their Privilege package. If iwanted it I would have payed at booking. No was not an acceptable answer to the point, we avoided certain areas, for fear of being approched.

I had an amazing time at this resort. The Staff was amazing, service was amazing, property is amazing. I was skeptical before arrival because of some of the reviews I read but Overall this experience was 10/10! I definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to others. Thank you for an amazing time and special thanks to some of the staff who made my stay extra special, Benji from the photography team, Junior from the Blue entertainment team and all others who played a role in this wonderful experience. Thank you Ocean Eden Bay for an amazing vacation!

We are a group of 10 adults who vacation together every year at a different place. We would definitely like to return to Ocean Eden Bay. We stayed in the adults’ side, but the “kids” side looked quite fun for everyone! Jason’s lobster shack in the beach, about 50 yards off the west end of the property…is a must for an outstanding beach lunch.

I would say they can use new cleaning strategies. Felt like the music at the pool could have been better, listened to the same music everyday. Maybe have new entertainment at the pool and overall. The food at every spot was wonderful. everyone was lovely and kind. Still had a great time.

Ocean Eden Bay Resorts was absolutely breathtaking. As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted by staff, and as soon as I said it was my birthday, Earl got me a birthday drink as soon as possible. The counter staff was also delightful. My card was giving me a lot of trouble, but they still worked with me, so I appreciate them a lot for that. Christopher took us to our awesome room and also wanted to gift us some things to watch the "vacation package orientation." We initially agreed but really wanted to just get into the activities. We had the Junior Swim-Up Suite, which was awesome, it had some stains on the counter, like it hadn't been fully cleaned, but it was still a nice suite. I had reserved for one king size bed, but I got 2 double beds. Room service was only from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and after that, it's 25 dollars. You can only order 2 items off room service, which are a burger, a nugget, and fries. I guess that's if you're not a part of the privilege club. On the adult's side of the resort, there are only 8 restaurants, whereas there are 11 on the family side. we ate the steakhouse the first night The food was okay, really no seasoning, but the rum punches took care of everything, and the waitress and Orlando took care of everything; they were amazing. We also had some great entertainment with live music, The singer was great; her voice was on point. we walked the whole resort and LOVED how enthusiastic every staff member we encountered was.
