窗簾衹有一層薄紗，邊上的擋光簾子衹是裝飾，不能拉的。無法擋住外面的光線，會影響睡眠。
不知道是不是因為冬天，缺乏開窗通風，房間有很重的缺乏通風的悶臭味。
服務人員態度不錯，早餐也OK。

The entry to the hotel seem so dirty and uncared for!!
The room was outdated with a horrible bed and mattress, holiday inn needs to step up there game.. location seems outdated

Not what it looks like in the AD. Shower was dirty had mold in the ceiling. Under the sink was all dusty like if it has never been cleaned.
Curtains had stains on them. Room smells like if people use to smoke in this Hotel.
Really bad experience will not recommend anyone staying here.

The transportation is convenient, and parking is easy. However, the hotel's environment is average, the facilities are somewhat outdated, and the rooms are relatively small.

This was such a huge disappoin**ent. While the staff were pretty nice, I was assured the room given to me was quiet and no one above me. I was woken up by what sounded like bowling balls hitting the ceiling at 6am. The curtains do not close all the way and I had to use a hair clip for privacy, and if you want to use the heat/air/fan, it sits directly below the window, blowing the curtains open wider. I could see people walking in front of my window constantly. I had spotty if any Wi-Fi and the toilet wouldn’t always flush. I spent alot to stay here and ended up wishing I went elsewhere. Also the breakfast provided was not great, but free so can’t complain about that too much.
The positives were the bed is comfortable👍

The staff was very polite and was able to answer all questions I had. Also offered great place to eat for dinner.
