Royal Heritage Hotel & Resort

It was a pleasurable stay at the Heritage hotel here in Ayodhya. The staff were helpful and accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. The restaurant was also a great experience with lovely food and good portions. Thanks to Mr. Adarsh Singh

The pre booking experience itself is so terrible and pathetic that going and staying at the hotel is out of question the hotel is on cloud nine given the Ram Ayodhya fame the hotel is on temporary overboooked status forgetting very soon all of this will Vanish and empty rooms will Begin to hunt they are thinking that they have a monopoly no one attends the call even if they attend they disconnect as if the customer is asking for a free room. I can understand the hotel Must be crowded but they should Not forget the crowd is not going to stay forever if now it’s all up there will be a low too when there would be no guests to stay and the rooms will be all empty searching for customers Extremely bad pathetic experience They just have one number and the lady is just not interested in selling the rooms as if I don’t know what A biiiiiiig no the hotel !!!

The hotel is spacious, well maintained and the location is wonderful. Easily accessible with beautiful and well manicured lawns, it has great ambiance and is welcoming and captivating. Food is not so good and sevice is courteous but evasive. Learning professionalism is required. All said and done. it has a great future and I am sure , will not only survive but do really well.

Very good service and feel comfortable like other five star hotels and very good knowledge about hotel his service and knowledge was excellent and thank you triveni restaurant making my day very special and thank you Mr Aman for your service
