De hoofdreden dat ik voor dit hotel koos was de parkingmogelijkheid want goedkoop is het niet. 165 € per nacht en 12,50 € voor de parking. Verzorgd ontbijt voor 16,80 €. Maar de ontvangst is geweldig en het personeel heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. Alles is kraakproper en COVID safe. Beetje een tegenvaller was de kamer. Klein en donker met donkere muurbekleding. Ook het badkamertje was redelijk benepen maar alles was aanwezig en heel netjes. Koffiezet aanwezig. Elke dag flesjes water. Dik in orde. En dan iets wat heel vaak voorkomt in Franse hotels : vast tapijt. Ik gruw ervan en krijg dan ook een allergische loopneus. Het is knus en goed voor 2 nachten. Langer zou ikzelf er niet verblijven.

Reception ladies are very friendly and location is prime. However, the room lights are very dark and the floor inside the room seems not flat. So when you walk around, it makes you feel dizzy. Also no lift in the hotel so it's quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Super nice staff and great welcome.
Very nice garden with spa for free.
The room was very small but it was great value for money. The room decoration is Golden age inspired.
The breakfast was over the top good.

Great location, useful reserved parking (in the village it's a nightmare to park around). Some rooms are outside the hotel, in front, not ideal but OK. Wifi was awful, slower than roaming

Firstly, I don’t like doing this type of review! Due to limited reservation options, we are now in an Ibis Styles hotel. The room is at least the same size, it is much brighter, it is MUCH quieter, it is not next to a main road, the ceiling does not move and there is no staircase clump nearby. There is a view and road is many metres away. The windows do not have privacy film on them and there are no bars over the windows. ( Hopefully see photos) The breakfast is free. Room 14 is the opposite to the above. It is also at least twice as expensive! There, that keeps it positive………

La Villa 10 is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit Etretat and the beautiful cliffs. This is an older building, however, it is in such wonderful condition! It is also located a short 3 minute walk from the cliffs, so super convenient. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby, so there's plenty to do.
We opted for the double bed and it was quite comfortable. We had an upstairs room and the only downside to that is that we had to walk up a very narrow set of stairs with our luggage.
We received a complementary steam sauna and it was such a treat! The staff were so nice and helpful, answering all of our questions about the hotel, the area, you name it! They all deserve praise.
Breakfast... Oh My Gosh!! YUM!!! Eggs, bread, croissants, pastries, yogurt, muesli, coffee, tea, and on and on... It was delicious! All of it!!
10/10 would recommend!
