The staff that work at the front desk were not warm, friendly or welcoming. We had the feeling they were disgruntled they were helping a couple of American. On a plus side, The staff in the restaurant and service staff in the hallways were wonderful, helpful and friendly.
The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there was a lot of dampness.

Took this hotel for proximity to Heathrow Airport following a late evening flight and to do a visit to Windsor Castle the next day. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted to do and breakfast was also very good.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past.
Unfortunately, I will not stay there again as customers can no longer get back from Heathrow airport unless they pay around £50 for a taxi, which is unacceptable.

It’s a nice hotel. We were 4 people in one room, and the room was spacious. It didn’t feel cramped at all.

Beds are really soft, food is good. Only downside is the pillows are too soft n it’s like u don’t have pillows at all

Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff is super friendly. We will be back for sure.

Room 1: Broken safe, shower leaked and flooded bathroom, fridge didn’t work.
Room 2: Woefully shabby
Service chaotic and all that could be done was waiving the car park fee.
