Het is een zeer mooi gebouw met een gezellige binnentuin en knap dakterras met zwembad. Vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie. De kamers en suites zijn klein, dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. De douche loopt slecht door, het bad is afgebladerd, de airco werkt niet. Het ontbijt is goed maar een kopje lekkere koffie betaal je extra. Restaurant heeft een beperkte kaart, vis "van de dag" blijft een tijdje dezelfde Bediening in het restaurant is absoluut niet vriendelijk.

We hebben genoten van dit prachtige hotel. De kamers zijn ruim, mooi en van alle luxe voorzien. Het uitzicht naar de stad via de kleine ramen is erg leuk. Op het dak is het uitzicht waanzinnig, 360 over de stad. Zonsondergang en sterren kunnen bewonderen.

Absolutely perfect. Stunning. The location, the settings, the elegant classy luxurious interior decor, the calm, the personnel, the food, the service, the boutique shop, the magnificent suite, the rooftop pool and restaurant and especially the Director who took time to communicate with his guests ...... It was such a pleasure and joy to stay in this Riad for 2 nights. Wonderful unforgettable souvenir. Thank you to the kind efficient staff and to Mr Molle, the Director for allowing us to have such a gorgeous stay.

Avoid rooms near the Medina entrance if you’re a lite sleeper or enjoy the view and use white noise. Rooms are lavish and well stocked, mine had a tub and shower, views onto courtyard are beautiful, musicians in courtyard and restaurant. The terrace has a variety of seating (covered and not), nice pool. Be prepared for alot of wind, so close to the shore. Friendly staff, many know English well enough, some are fluent. Check out L’Petit Spa!

Lovely staff and hotel but if you want peace there isn’t any . It’s sooooo noisy ALL the time . I gave it a 4 but would probably do 3.5 based on that . Staff were fantastic . Food was great . Pool area a bit flat lacking atmosphere but it was so windy and chilly anyway . So if you’re not noise sensitive go for it !

Nicely located and comfortable with super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We also very much enjoyed the dinner experience and breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated, including a nice fireplace. The only negative was that the shower was a bit small. The rooftop pool was nice, but it was too windy to use during our stay. As with so much of Morocco, the hospitality and service commitment of the staff was the real highlight!

This wasn't our first choice in Essaouira, but it should have been. Picked up by the porter just outside the Bab. The drive from Marrakech took about 3 hours. Lovely welcome amongst water and plants. My room was very nice on the first floor, but my two sons on the second was even better. It was a big suite. Breakfast was excellent, (we ate out in Essaouira each evening), do try the local places.. All the staff were very friendly and provided Casablanca beer whenever requested! Great place to stay and easy to walk around Essaouira. I would stay again.

Beautiful palace in the heart of the Medina. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms set around a central courtyard. The roof terrace is an incredible place to relax after sightseeing. Breakfast also very good. Would definitely recommend as a great place to spend a couple of nights.

Old school classic and beautiful. Fantastic service. Great staff and comfortable beds with beautiful linen. When we wanted to go to the beach they packed towels and gave us a beach bag. When we left we had a box of cookies and water. Just a fabulous stay in the medina.
