Five Flowers Hotel & Spa Formentera

A very nice, modern and elegant hotel. I had a room with a balcony and a private terrace with a jacuzzi. It was wonderful! I really liked the roof terrace with pool and sunbathing area. In the middle of October, there are relatively few tourists and we felt very comfortable in the hotel. Very nice and responsive staff. Breakfast is great. The room and the terrace were cleaned every day. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel and enjoying high quality comfort and service.

Had such a lovely time at this hotel. The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. The terrace felt really private despite looking out onto the pool. The room layout was a bit odd with a separate toilet and shower, and sinks in the main room itself. The electrics were a little confusing which made going to the WC during the night more complicated than was necessary. But these things were easy enough to get used to! The breakfast was superb with a lot of variety and numerous options for vegetarians/gluten free. We didn’t use the pool as the beach was only a few minutes down the road and absolutely stunning. Highly recommend going to the beach to watch the sunrise and then coming back for breakfast. There were amazing views from the rooftop bar/pool. The spa is small, but really lovely for unwinding and relaxing. The capacity is managed well so that it was never over-subscribed. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and this really added to the experience. Would definitely return here!

Great location, amazing rooms... but a lack of details care! At breakfast ( where , I have to say, the buffet is high standard, in terms o variety , quantity and quality), coffee service is very slow ( every day I had to wait for 10-15 mins before being served for my coffee). More than once I have heard the team having hard discussion during breakfast time ,around us... this should not happen! cleaniness is not really perfect, and, being the hotel's floor and wall entirely white... it's easy to be seen! I have been given a room which face a sort of garden and where at night is full of insects.... I understand this is "nature", but the solution can not be a rolled towel put in front of the door! I have to skip all the moths on the corridor when I was coming back at night. The rooms are erfect, brand news, decorated and well furbished ( but I have to say the bathroom is quite funny: toilet and shower separtaed in 2 "rooms", and the sinks are in the room itself....I would change that. Moreover, more than once, after the daily cleaning I have to ask something that was missing ( coffe cups. bathrobe....) Guest relation also not really "friendly". I have asked for a boat tour, I had to ask for that twice, she just shared the contact of a boat company, she wasn't really involved in this. Moreover the tour has been cxl, because of the bad weather, she didn't ask if she could have helped somehow or anything... I was not expecting this from a 5* On the other end, big shout for Reception staff,always smiling and happy to help.

Me and my boyfriend decided to choose this luxury hotel for our anniversary in Formentera and we booked an elegant and stylish Flower boutique room that was just a dream for us. ✨ Now let me point out some other blessings, all the staff was really kind and helpful, along Lucio, Toto, Noe, Sheila, David, Maria but the one in particular I would like to thank again and again is Diana, the restaurants manager as she had definitely a great role in making our holiday a memorable one. 👏🏽 She advised us to enjoy a sunset at the outdoor panoramic pool and I can tell that this was an outstanding experience for us, we had the best cocktails prepared with so much care, my favorite was the one with passion fruit with dried cherry on top, something exquisite!! 🍸 We were in love with the Mochi at the Sky Bar and have ordered them every night, as we had them all over the world but this one is a MUST because they just melt in your mouth and you won’t regret trying them. Moreover, they even have customized wet wipes in tiny cute packages that I have never seen in any hotel around the places we’ve visited. Everything was beyond our expectations I can say that Five Flowers is by far the best for giving a new meaning for 5 star hotels and is for sure the future choice for our next anniversary. 🤍

A really beautiful hotel, with the most wonderful decor, The staff is great, the front desk and bell man from Columbia all went above to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room is a lesson in beautiful decor based on flowers of course. Short walk and you are right by the beautiful clear waters. The roof top bar is amazing, the dj music,the sushi variety, the mixologist and above all the magnificent view. All just great. The breakfast is classy with lots of great choices. Everything is great. My only regret we did not stay longer. Will definitely stay there when back in Formentera. Thank you.

Friendly stuff...facilities, thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary the best ever...we are definitely coming back.

The Hotel is very nice. Is a relaxed 5 star hotel. Staff was great, very helpful and respectful which is not that common. I highly recommend the Hotel.

This hotel hits every note. Very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, excellent breakfast options... Front desk was always adequately staffed and eager to help; every person there appeared genuinely friendly. The pool area is simply lovely, but the loveliest beach is just 3 minutes away!

What a lovely stay. The hotel is immaculate, the food superb and the customer service exceptional. The views from the rooftop deck were spectacular, and our room had its own private deck with a hot tub, chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella. It was just fabulous! We truly enjoyed our visit to Formentera! Thank you to all the wonderful people at Five Flowers!
