Hotel Caribe Ibiza

Funcionários excelente do bar , lugar incrível só poderia melhorar nas limpeza dos quartos . As senhoras camareiras não limpa como deve ser , fiquei no quarto 315 assim cheguei encontrei cabelo na casa de banho , mas de resto estava td ótimo , pequeno almoço muito bom , bem servido .

Came to the caribe for the second time in a row. I came on my own with my 8 and 6 year old daughters and I have never felt so safe. From the rooms to the food bar staff restaurant staff and the entertainment everything was amazing. A massive thank you to Adrian and Paula who really took my oldest under their wing and really looked after us all, we loved it so much we are wanting to come back for a third time next year :)

Lovely hotel for a family holiday. All inclusive food was okay, always something we’d all eat but did get quite repetitive. snack bar was good. Drinks were good and the bar staff were lovely and we never had to queue long! Sunbeds - beds by the pool went early (7am ish) but there were sunbeds available all day near the children splash pool. We went as a group of 8 and managed to get beds together every day. Pool was good, nice and warm in August, and life guard was clearly watching the children. Splash area was great for the little ones with some smaller slides and water features. Rooms were good, air con was great (take a spare card to keep in the slot to keep you room cool all day) we had a problem with the air con not working on our first day and the maintenance man was up the stairs before we’d even gotten back into the room! He stayed and made sure it was working properly and was nice and cool before he left - thank you! Entertainment team were great and got us involved in aqua fit, kids football, shooting, archery, darts etc. Evening entertainment was okay, a good acrobat show. Quite quiet in the evenings but the location is ideal to head to the beach and lots going on there. Overall, nice clean hotel. Perfect for family breaks. Ideal location, close to the beach with lots going on on the doorstep.

We came here as a last min booking and what a fab hotel! There is something for everyone whether its entertainment or food it was always good. Close to the beach and the strip. We went out most evenings but when we stayed in there was good entertainment. We went to Menorca 3 weeks ago, to a 4* hotel and both myself and my partner preferred this hotel! Hoping to definately come back with family.

Just back from a 3 night break and we are sad about it. The hotel is great!! Staff friendly, modern rooms, everywhere is clean, great food selection and it's hot. Ibiza is very hot and humid currently, so the air con was appreciated. The beach which is a 5 min walk is glorious Kids 4 and 6 were extremely happy

Just returned from a week with family & our sons first holiday. We had a brilliant time, the staff were really lovely. My son took a particular shine to Cristian in the dining room, although all the waiting staff were brilliant with him. Loads of food choices for the whole family. Loads of sunbeds & parasols so no need to stress about getting up early, the pool was lovely & warm with lots of room. Particularly liked the kids club area as it had aircon & my little one was able to go in and crawl around in the cool when it got to hot outside. Everywhere was clean & smelt fresh, lots of drink options for the whole family too. Lovely lady behind the bar but didn't catch her name. They had proper wooden cots for babies which I wasn't expecting but was a great touch for a nervous mum on the first holiday & joining rooms which I thought was great. The only things I think the hotel could improve on would be more soft play options/ mats in the kids club area. Music on a Thursday when the day time entertainment has a day off ( they were fantastic & deserved a good rest) would make it feel a little less like there wasn't anything going on. And lastly, proper smoking area with fixed seating/shade as some of our party were smokers. I like that the smoking area is on the grass section but it did look a bit like the naughty corner with plastic chairs. If it was more of a permanent seating area with a pergola or something similar, I think it would look nicer. Quite trivial improvement things because all in all, this hotel is fantastic & I cannot wait to return next year. Thank you so much for making our first family holiday so amazing ❤️

Stayed in Es Canar many times and first visit to the Caribe and it was a very enjoyable stay. Got the room we requested by email and all the staff were very friendly apart from one really grumpy barman. Room was nice and spacious and clean with a big balcony. Food and drink was very nice, we will be back in the future.

This is an honest review of our experience at the Caribe. Checked In early before the room was ready, but was given wristbands to use every facility and our cases were stored in a room for a couple of hours. Reception staff brilliant. The entrance and reception area were spotless. Our room on the 5th floor faced the town and overlooked a car park, so noise from people and cars were a slight problem. Our room was equipped with a small fridge, sofa and a very powerful shower in the spacious bathroom. Comfy beds, TV, adequate cupboard space, free safe and very good aircon. The restaurant was spacious and airy. It did get busy at times, but there was always somewhere to sit. The restaurant staff were fantastic. The food itself was overall good. You will never go hungry. Fleshly baked bread, chips and bolognaise were available every at lunch and dinner aside from the usual rotated meals. There was plenty of choice at breakfast from cereal to full English to fruit. Drinks at the bar were good. The ticket system for cups worked well, but some people did have their own cups and glasses. Snacks were hit and miss. Onion rings, sandwiches, hot dogs and chips mostly, with cakes and biscuits in the afternoons. They weren’t covered and flies were often landing on food. The ice creams were great though. The pool was warm and deep. Big enough for everybody to enjoy the water. They did aerobics every day and water polo when they could get enough people interested. There were a number of other events going on all day around the outside area. Darts, table tennis, archery and more. There were plenty of sunbeds for everybody. People did go out as early as 6:30am to secure the poolside beds, but you could always find empty ones in the rows behind any time of day. They had music playing poolside, but not too loud. I could hear my own music comfortably through my AirPods. Evening entertainment wasn’t the greatest but was ok. A fella randomly dancing was a bit bizarre but they had a quiz, karaoke and acrobats as well. They seemed to do lots for the kids. They had an adventure pool, but as an older couple we didn’t take that much notice. The area surrounding the hotel can be busy with traffic using the car park opposite, but is generally quiet. Es Cana is a lovely touristy town with plenty of restaurants and shops. The beach was a bit grubby with seaweed and not as clean or nice as the beautiful Cala Nova beach 10 minutes walk away. This hotel has lots of good points, but does have some minor problems. In the restaurant we saw a young girl (4 or 5 ish) handling food. The parents didn’t care and there was no staff to stop it. The wristbands are bulky and uncomfortable. Overall we had a nice stay for what we paid. We stayed at the Ereso last year and the Caribe is much much better. Would we stay at the Caribe again ? For the price we paid without doubt.

We have been here before and it has 100% gotten better. Food is lovely and very different each day Pool is lovely and clean and the life guard is amazing! Rooms are cleaned daily Plenty of drink options Entertainment team are really good and get involved with everyone waiters and waitress are so very polite and always busy Snack bar isn’t the best, could do with more and have more options The staff at the bar especially one is very grumpy and make you feel a bit unwelcome The lady behind the bar is lovely and very very polite Nighttime entertainment sometimes repeated but the entertainment staff definitely made it much more enjoyable. Was told you can stay and buy drinks til 00:00, bar staff turned all lights off at 23:15 to make it known we needed to leave. We love coming here just a few things that could of been better this time but we will be back for sure⭐️
