In 1935 Michel Chabran s grandparents acquired a small cafe by side of the N7 road. More than 70 years have gone by and the bistrot located at the boundary of the lands of Provence at the foot of the Hermitage vineyards has become a prestigious establishment renowned for its excellent cuisine. The chef a true artist uses the local produce to create a festive cuisine whose flavours vary according to the seasons. Delicious dishes to be savoured near the fireplace or in the cool garden with its delightful patios. Op doorreis, 1 nacht. Eten s'avonda was geweldig, het ontbijt wat beperkt. Het bed was wat hard en de dekens erg warm.

Classic room No. 4 was very small and the en suite almost unusable because of it's small size. It had obviously been added into the corner of the room so that it had an en suite but had taken away most of the bedroom to do so.

We chose the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. It was the right choice! Excellent food, excellent service at the restaurant and in the hotel (may except for the breakfast, by itself the breakfast was excellent but the "restaurant" conception was a bit uncomfortable). Can only recommend!

Food and standard of the rom was below our expectations. Restaurant is mentioned in GM, but that was not close to this standard. Nice staff but extremely slow.
Ask for the extended wine list and they have some nice wines to a good price.

Très bel hôtel chambre un peu petite mais confortable.. parking situé derrière l'hôtel sans être indiqué avons cherché un moment...il faut d'abord passer par la réception pour pouvoir y accéder..
