This hotel has poor hygiene , the bedding was not changed and smelt disgusting . I called reception but the receptionist didn't fix the problem . The hot water in the bathroom also didn't work . Avoid booking this hotel . It requires better ***agement .

The hotel is situated in a busy area close to the shops (a big mall 5 min walk away) bars and restaurants.
We booked this hotel because the pictures looked great and it had good reviews, however, we would not say that this was a 4 star hotel. We stayed in other 4 star hotels around India and they were magnificent, this hotel wasn’t. The facilities were dated, it was a little messy, it just didn’t feel as a 4 star establishment.
The staff members very friendly and accommodating.
We would not stay there again.

The hospitality is very bad..... Less parking space.. Staffs are not friendly.. Room is just ok.... Rats in the ac vent ceilings..rats noise from the ceiling portion.......not a good place for stay...very disappoin**ent experience..

VERY BAD HOTEL RECEPTION NO HOSPITALITY...NO SERVICE THERE BEDS AND BEDSHEET WEAR TORN & STINKS TOWELS PROVIDED ARE USED TOILET WERE ALSO NOT CLEANED THIRD CLASS SERVICE......NOT WORTH FOR 500 RUPEES

I made the reservation a week before the arrival and informed them that arrival would be around 4 AM and would be checking out the same day before noon. The hotel lobby was locked and all the lights were off. The security guard knocked on the door for about 15mimutes and the night clerk appeared at the entrance to let me in. The room was average and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. due to a water leak from the floor above, The shower cubicle had lots of black mold/dirt at the bottom. The bathroom requires some maintenance to cure the deficiency. The breakfast buffet was mediocre with very limited items.
