Heeft een pendeldienst naar winkelcentrum Lulu, ook al is het lopen naar winkelcentrum Lulu minder dan 5 minuten

The hotel was maintained very well and the staff provided top notch service at all levels. Right from Parth at the front desk who checked us in and went above and beyond accommodating all our requests to Rose and Aswathy who helped us with checkout.
The staff at the restaurant at the lobby (Abhishek and Masud- I hope I got their names right) and the maestro bartender at the poolside bar.
If I had one qualm, it would be the door stoppers in two of our rooms were broken and were rolling around the floor by the front door. Minor detail however.
I definitely look forward to staying here in my future travels.

limited menu after 11 pm room service. no alcohol served at coffee shop. does not have a feeling of 5 star property.

The property is amazing, needs better cafe as it is right next ro reception and it stays very busy and noisy all the time due to corporate functions and other guests.

Wasn’t happy that I had to pay twice the going rate. Even then the staff did not waive the fee for an extra bed. Special mention to Rose who was very pleasing to chat with.

We wanted to stay for another week, called down to the front desk, was told the will call us back with details. Gave staff 45 minutes and writer called again. Writer was told to expect a call back within a few minutes. Writer waited until 12:25 Am, no call back.
I’ve stayed at this property numerous times per year. We checked out and went to another property.
Marriott dropped the ball, big time!!!
