Unfortunately, no attention is paid to little details that would make the guests stays more enjoyable. Ex. -The person who received us at check in simply showed us to our room but shared no basic information about the site unless questioned specifically about each subject (when and where is breakfast served? are pool towels provided? Where is the pool? Do we need dinner reservations? Etc.) -Ambiance at dinner included bright white lights, no music, Italian only menus and slow service. The servers weren’t trained servers, so we needed to ask for our wine bottle to be opened 10min after it had been delivered to our table. The wine bottle was opened but not poured for us, etc. -We discovered via a sign at reception that the water wasn’t drinkable. Despite that we had to request and pay for bottled water. The fridge in the room was empty. -Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided per day. We had to ask for an extra roll when we ran out. -Only 2 sample size shampoo paquets were provided per day, which was insufficient for 1 long hair wash. A bigger problem to be addressed is the plumbing, but that seems to be an island wide problem whereby a toilet needs to be flushed SEVERAL times before disposing of all the waste and A LOT of time has to go by before the shower runs hot. Furthermore, water pressure and temperature in the shower varied a lot within a 15 min span. It’s clearly a site with a lot of history. The staff was friendly and helpful, but attention to all the details could make a world of difference for the guests experience.

Awful. Doesn’t look like anyone has stayed in a while. General air of neglect. Shown 3 different rooms - all very shabby with terrible bathrooms. No-one about except one chap who looked quite surprised to see us - plus two mangy dogs. We managed to get the owner on the phone who said we could not cancel without paying a penalty. This place has obviously gone downhill quite significantly.

Truly lovely old farm. Classic stone courtyard, charming breakfast, clean rooms. We could be spontaneous and relaxed because there is so much to explore nearby. A stand out for me personally was the medieval and spiritual village and view from Erice.

Worst Agritourismo EVER. Paid in full prior to arrival for 6 nights, no record of our booking when we arrived. No evidence of any recent guests having visited or hotel use. Pool was unusable with green water, filthy bathroom- mould throughout. Stinking rooms, fleas on the bed, bedding damp and musty. Shabby and tired throughout. UNFIT FOR STAY. We had to leave and have been unable to contact owners. Booked through ********** who have not resolved issues. NO REFUND received. Previous reviews do not reflect true picture, so we suspect they have been removed.. This place is DISGUSTING, AVOID at all cost…

Struttura che da l'impressione di un posto abbandonato. Tutte le aree esterne senza la minima cura, erba ovunque, piscina sporca mancanza di sedie per stare all'aria aperta vista la giornata. Cibo appena sufficiente senza nulla di particolare e carissimo per quello che è stato offerto. Servizio, comunque, reso da personale molto gentile

Chambre sans intérêt facturée 100€/nuit avec peu d’eau chaude et pas de pression d’eau. Petit déjeuner minable. Et comme c’est novembre piscine (très belle) mais fermée comme le spa. Surtout ne prenez JAMAIS la table d’hôtes que la propriétaire essaie de facturer 35€/repas avec que des produits de base (friture essentiellement) absolument nuls. Les propriétaires n’habitent d’ailleurs pas sur place comme cela ils évitent de se faire traiter de voleurs le matin. À ÉVITER !!!

Bella struttura, personale disponibile ma insufficiente la gestione. Poca pulizia delle stanze, pulizia della biancheria mediocre, gestione degli spazi esterni insufficiente. Peccato perchè con maggiore cura sarebbe un posto davvero bello.
