Uitstekend hotel met ruime kamers en excellent ontbijt buffet. Prima Italiaans restaurant in huis. Goede gym en buitenzwembad beschikbaar. Rustig gelegen niet ver buiten het stadscentrum. Vriendelijk personeel en spreekt goed Engels.

From the sparkling lobby to the comfy king-sized bed, beautiful hotel and cleanest, With stunning views, highly recommended, appreciate Ghazal at reception for Her warmth welcoming. The luxurious accommodations, exceptional amenities, and, most importantly, the outstanding service made it an unforgettable experience

I need to recommend the hotel for the ones who will read this review The food is very good you will find good quality . The quick respond for the needs You can ask the receptionist any thing you need in the city. Don’t forget to mention the kindest of Ghazal and Al Bawi and Salah and Obaid

This was my first visit ever to Erbil, and to Ratana Erbil, the property is very tidy and clean and the service was amazing by the staff especially Salam, Tareq, and Michael !

My experience at the Rotana Hotel is an experience about safety and good hospitality, and let us remember the beauty inside the hotel. I remember it being similar to hotels in Tennessee and New York, and also the beauty of dealing with customers.

Today , March 28/24 In my visit to the bar bond I have met Mr. Majd a bartender I have not seen throughout my travels to over 20 countries. He gave his outstanding and very generous service. what made him different the most is, his most unbelievable whiskey recipe!!! Thank you ROTANA for having such great employee.
