The services and amenities of this hotel are excellent! Problems are solved very quickly if there are any. I really appreciated the manager’s help. There’s fresh fruit everyday. Breakfast is pretty tasty, and coffee is fresh. The laundry room is very handy, we can keep our clothes clean and fresh everyday! We recommend this hotel!

這次入住非常滿意，酒店地理位置很不錯，周圍步行街很多，適合我們這種吃貨，酒店的房間不大，但特別温馨特別乾淨，我們住了三天，打掃衞生的阿姨也很貼心，每天給更換水果品種，非常用心；酒店的很多細節做得都很到位，比如馬桶一次性套圈，洗衣液，晾衣架，還有接送服務等等，有些細節已經記不住了，總體感受是酒店很用心，我們住在這裏就像回到了家一樣，非常推薦👍🏻

第一次入住這個酒店，我自己也是恩施的，但是不在市裡麪，恩施現在酒店真的太多了，實話實説這個酒店性價比確實高，進門就感受到服務員的熱情，大廳有零食供應，晚上還有免費的温馨粥喝，好，極好❤️❤️❤️❤️

五一期間去了趟恩施旅行 帶着小孩來這邊拍照打卡 旅途風景確實優美 讓人流連忘返 晚上休息 在網上訂了這家酒店
進入房間發現許多問題 洗漱台上毛髮沒有打掃乾淨 還包括浴巾上也有上任旅客殘留毛髮 這讓人實在難以接受 不免擔心是不是沒有更換過
置物櫃 以及床單上殘存些來歷不明液體痕跡 讓我瞬間心灰意冷 本想好好休息一下 門外卻時不時傳來一陣腳步聲和客房大姐的吵鬧聲 不能讓人安靜入眠
還有床頭殘留水泥塊 床邊被丟棄的廢紙巾 包括牆壁上虎視噹噹的蚊子 真是讓人慾哭無淚！！！
最重要一點就是期電視下方有根伸出來電線有點嚇人 要是小孩子隨意不小心觸碰到電線 那後果真是不可預料！！！
本想讓這次假期充滿一次愉快的回憶卻不曾想又被上了一課[捂臉][捂臉]

帶我媽出來旅行，選了這家酒店，下飛機預訂了酒店的接機服務，從第一天入住就覺得很棒，服務很貼心，打掃的大姐姐都很禮貌，最後一天因為我們飛機比較晚，跟前台商量了晚點退房，也幫我們辦理了延遲退房，很開心的入住體驗！！！

酒店非常棒！環境優雅舒適，房間寬敞明亮，很乾凈。設施齊全，停車方便，服務很貼心，入電送了水果，晚上還有送粥作為暖心夜宵。早餐也不錯，比較豐富。地理位置也很好。還有免費送站服務，直接約了車送我去火車站。強烈推薦。
