The service so bad and the room so dirty . I spent over 1000 for one night and what I got is bad service . Floor not clean , towel so dirty . It’s was exclusive suit room and this is what I got from this hotel . I don’t suggest anyone to book there .

This was our hotel for before and after a tour. It was perfect to relax in and there was plenty of space. Although some building work was going on it didn't disturb our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in whatever way they could be.

酒店在市中心，出行很方便，酒店緊挨着商場，吃喝購物非常便利，地段很繁華，要是在景區逛累了還可以在旁邊商場看看電影！總體來説這家酒店還是非常不錯的！值得推薦！6、第一次到恩施，毅然決然的選擇了這家酒店，首先看點評都還不錯，地理位置也絕佳，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，很舒適，設施也還算齊全，可惜暫時還沒有健身房，早餐種類也還算多，不得不誇獎的是用餐環境，餐廳佈置非常漂亮温馨，餐廳服務員也非常熱情，總之我對這家酒店很滿意.值得推薦

總的來説，不太好，不值這麼多錢
洗髮露沐浴露衹有10ml，一個人早晚洗澡都不夠，何況一家人用？牆皮發黴起皮，衞生間拉簾發黴起毛，洗手間沒有門，洗澡蹲馬桶的推拉門半透明，搞得像情趣酒店一樣……
保潔打掃衞生敷衍，地漏的頭髮，馬桶上的尿漬，床鋪統統都不負責打掃整理，衹換個用過的浴巾……性價比低，還是連鎖酒店正規一些

從大山裡的酒店回到城區，進入房間的一刻是驚艷的，傢俱設施都很新，款式典雅，雙床房是兩張一米三的母子床，床墊床品舒適。
樓下就是綜合購物中心，休閑娛樂非常方便。
最後，着重為酒店工作人員的拾金不昧點贊👍，隊友把金墜項鍊遺落在房間，房掃阿姨幫忙找到，前台幫忙寄回，萬分感謝酒店工作人員的幫助，為恩施之旅畫上完美句號！

酒店在和潤城綜合體高層。精奢風，藍色夢幻色調。臨江位置優越，土司城步行即到。服務注重細節，衞生間有一次性馬桶坐墊和消毒棉片，天熱還多送了瓶裝水。花園式餐廳浪漫温馨，用餐時竟然看到飛機從窗邊掠過。

恩施環境很好的四星級酒店。首先是位置好，緊靠江邊，在房間裏看江景美不勝收，地下專門停車位；其次是服務好。從入住到離開，包括餐飲都有賓至如歸的感覺；第三是軟硬件設施好。酒店新裝修，乾淨整潔。還給升級了房型，早餐環境温馨，飯菜可口。

服務態度非常好，我們定的家庭房跟孩子説房間裏有帳篷的，結果去了衹有滑梯，小孩不高興了，後來服務員又拿來了帳篷，還給小朋友送了小禮物，真的太貼心了，以後去恩施還住這個酒店。
