Groot, gezellig hotel wat misschien niet het beste is, maar wel het gezelligste. Diner en ontbijt erg druk, wel prima en ook hier ook heel vriendelijk personeel. Leuke bar met s'avonds live muziek. Sport gelegenheid met fitnessruimte en zwembad waar je gewoon ook lekker baantjes kan trekken met jacuzzi, sauna en stoombad, alles toegankelijk voor hotelgasten

Geen fijn hotel. Kleine gedateerde kamers, en druk bezocht door jongelui die tot diep in de nacht over de gangen lopen, lawaai maken en op deuren bonken. Ontbijt was matig, zo was er bijvoorbeeld geen kaas of ham.

On short notice we found Treacys West County through their website. The price was so good I rang the hotel to check it was real! Our two kids are 12 and 14 which normally means two rooms and hefty prices. We all shared one comfy room, got a great breakfast and relaxed in the bar and foyer when the rain came. There is a little play area and a few video games just off the reception which was enough to keep everyone occupied. The carpet is a little threadbare and the place feels well used but there is nothing wrong with the wonderful welcome, great staff - and good food. We will be back here in a heartbeat

From moment of booking contract with Helena, to the arrival in hotel, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Isobel and Jorja had reception requirements down to a tee. Sean porter was so helpful with queries he received also. Banqueting service in Inisheer Suite was very good with Manager Rob. Manager Aoife played a stormer with the group also. Scott the charming barman was simply the best and went beyond with bar service. Jamie came to the rescue when something went wrong which we are forever grateful for. No problem recommending hotel.

Stayed last week for 4 nights with alfa travel. Everything was very good, food for breakfast and dinner very plentiful and good choices on menu. My room was very clean and bathroom spotless. Was on the 3rd floor. Staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to Jackie who did our Irish coffee demonstration, she did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel

Just had the worst meal here ….. was in Clarecastle and we decided to stop here for food with my family…. Ordered pizza and chips and the meal was so disappointing …. Neither was cooked right …. 1 girl by herself nobody came back to us until finished …..probably should have known when the place was absolutely empty ….. do not waste your time eating here

Spent 5 days at the hotel. Great reception staff, Jackie, Martin , Aoife to name a few. Breakfast and dinner included in the price. Boru bar needs a little TLC but great a**osphere overall. My only complaint are the showers in the rooms ... Either freezing or scalding, we couldn't control the temperature. We really enjoyed our stay, Thank you Treacys. 🏴

Stayed at this hotel because it offered vegan food. Had vegan curry and tufu it was very good. Could do better with the breakfast fried spuds, mushrooms, beans no mushrooms the last morning,vegan sausages would be nice. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

Stayed here last night, lovely welcome at reception, the 2 ladies were so friendly and chatty, our room was nice and the beds are AMAZING!!! Don’t think I’ve ever slept in such comfy beds, but the bath/shower needs fixing,the drain/plug hole was holding water. Had something to eat in the bar and it was nice pub grub, no complaints, they had wine on tap so we got a bottle and it was damn good, attended an event in the hotel that night and it was great but the bar staff in the main bar were a bit all over the place, no eye contact with customers, very hard to order and when you did get your order it was wrong, we heard this from a lot of people that night, it’s no big deal but they could do with a bit of retraining. Would stay here again just to sleep in them beds😊
