I chose to not have room service at all for the 5 nights that I was there so I cannot speak to that component of the service but the $40 cleaning deposit required for late check in was a very frustrating process- they felt that the photo of my ID (which was required for them to allow me into the room) was a bit blurry (all relevant information was seeable) and so I had to pull over three times during a 15 hour drive in the snow and dark, with very limited cell service) to try to provide them with the information they needed so that I could be allowed into my room after I arrived at 10:30PM. I was there for 5 days, I feel like it would have been very reasonable to have allowed me to bring my ID and credit card in the following morning (which I offered) versus all the stress of pulling over in the snow and dark on HWY 20 and not knowing if I would have a room for the night.
