The person at the front desk during checkin was very pleasant. The room was a king suite at the end of the hall on the first floor and it was very spacious and very clean, including the carpet. Bathroom was clean and lighting was bright. I gotta admit this was probably one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in.
It was also quiet.

제가 홀리데이인에 대한 인식이 한국에 있을때는 그리 좋지 못했습니다.
하지만 외국에서는 필수가 될정도로 깔끔하고 기본에 충실한 호텔이더군요

The bed was so hard as to be painful. Had two nights booked. Was able to cancel the next night but did not get a refund. Will not use ******* or Holiday Inn Express in the future.

We stayed in a king room on 3rd floor. The bed in this hotel was probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. The place is very nice and staff was great but beds awful.

We ended up staying due to blizzard conditions on our route home. Us and our 16 month old. It was comfortable enough for us and had a bath tub to bathe the baby. We were right across from the elevator, which I thought would be noisy, but it wasn't too bad. Overall good stay. While i don't see us needing to stay in Hays again, i would definitely recommend this place.

The service, breakfast and size of room were good. However, the bed was hard and super uncomfortable and the shower pressure was terrible.

I was surprised by it. It made me forget my previous bad experience with one of holiday inn in Houston Texas.
